Shahi Kebabs

Good food at very reasonable prices.

The pizzas are of the deep pan variety there and, if that is your preference, you won't be disappointed. There is a good range on offer in 2 sizes - 9" and 11". The garlic bread is the pizza base style and it is highly recommended with cheese.

The kebabs are very tasty too. A personal preference is the chicken tikka doner mix kebab as doner meat on it's own can be a bit much. However, they never short change on the meat or salad and have a range of sauces as a nice finishing touch. You can also choose between having it set in pitta bread or naan - the naan being a good choice.

Lastly, a tip. Call your order in as it can take time when they are busy (usually only 2 staff on) - either that or order and pop to the Rodney a couple of doors down for a pint as there is no waiting seats. Your choice.

Got the pizza wrong then when I rang up to tell them they said yeah we gave you the wrong pizza and told us to go and collect the right one. Got there they told us we should of brought the other pizza as apparently that’s what they said when they didn’t then tried to make us pay for the pizza. Which we refused we are never buying from here again. Disappointed and rude staff. I shouldn’t of given u any stars whatsoever.

This is the best kebab shop in notts. All you man disrespecting it smh. Chicken is peng, donner is peng, and don't get me started on the pizza🤤🤤. Too fresh

Delicious Spicy beef with extra hot chilli sauce so delicious that, the unique taste I have ever tasted of. Cheap and many to choose from I am deciding to go there to buy a Pizza there soon. The shop assistant kindly changed the Coca Cola to a bottle of water a wonderful experience there, however the pickup time is slow but the quality is good. PS

So today 2/16 I ordered Best Pizza “Meat Feast’ but My little brother can’t eat the beef so I told to have no beef inside and asked to change it to mashroom and they told me the waiting time 10 minutes after 10 minutes I came to the store again and 100/. On time earlier than what I expected. Hot and steaming me and my little brother ate all 8 slice of pizza delicious although a bit of burnt that’s the pizza’s problem/ I am all full up ready to go to work, definitely 5 star this time for Pizza.PS

Today 2/17 I ordered number 12 Shahi special delicio us spicy cucumber we loved it and drink plenty of water for it’s spicy it is worth the money, the cheese is good at it’s skills expanding it’s cheese makes my little brother moth washing and ate all slices cannot moving around until half an hour because I am all the way full 😂 100/. Recommend

Lrg Doner pizza, chicken and chips, £12.50. BANG ON! Was ready as I walked in door at the time they mentioned, and very friendly, welcoming staff, food quantity was great and taste even better! Definitely consider coming her to rivals as this place is a hidden gem, chicken perfectly cooke and pizza was great, perfect amount of topping and cheese also very fresh. Also CHEAP for Southwell. Thanks! Will be back 100%

Loved the food! A must try for Indian cuisine lovers!

Gone really downhill recently. Been going to this place for years and it's always been great. However past 2 times has been really poor.. tonight paid for a large shahi special. When I got to eat it there was literally 2 mouthfuls of donner meat on it and the chicken tikka and lamb tikka was dry and hard. And to top it off there was a long hair in it which I discovered half way through so it went in the bin. Not sure what's going on but it was not the normal guy's serving in there but that's no excuse. Really disappointed as normally very good. Will give it a miss for I while I think.

Been using this place for a long time now! Always a friendly welcome, food is fresh and tasty and the garlic mayonnaise and hot chilli sauces are to die for! Enjoy!!
