Best Kebab And Pizza - Norwich

After new owners management they have improved a lot. This is proper turkish kebab I haven't had for a while. I make a collection order they were nice to me over the phone and my food was ready when I arrived. All people in there was very friendly and the price was really cheap for that amount of meat, chips and salad. The taste is unbelievable. Deffintly reccomend to everyone.

Inedible!! Would of put 0 stars if I could, worst kebab iv ever had, supposed to be lamb shish but didn't taste like lamb atall, smelt and tasted ruff, Disgusting food considering the price, will never order from here again and to anyone whos about to order from here I would recommend a can of chappie or pedigree chum or any dog food as a better alternative.

Had a typically takeaway delicacy. Chicken nuggets and cheesy chips. Don't think I had been here before, will definitely come here again.

Collected a couple of kebabs and chips last night. Food was fresh and hot and really tasty. I was dubious as some of the reviews were a bit off putting but he was in need of a kebab and I have never tried this one so thought let's give it a go! He said this one hit the spot and was one of the best he has had for a long while ! I had one really chewy bit of lamb and worried that my kebab would be awful but all the other bits were delicious and tender ... and there must have been about 15 chunks so wasn't a worry!
Chips were delicious and will consider using them when I need a chip fix !
The guys behind the counter were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back

Been using you guys for ages, but my last 3 orders have been pretty rubbish. Have you changed your cheese?? It’s like rubber!!! Please change it back.

Was charged £15 instead of £8 for my pizza didn't realise untill I woke up in the morning after a night out. Be wary.

Terrible experience, ordered on their website, both items arrived incorrect after an hour and a half wait. Contacted them to let them know, advised could not do a refund on orders online, I would have to go in to get a refund, or wait an hour and a half for replacement food, but to keep the wrong food so they could see the mistake. Felt I had no choice but to wait, replacement food arrived, a very grumpy older man, took the bag out of my hand and proceeded to poke through the kebab meat with his finger and then checked the rest, then thrust my replacement food at me without a word exchanged, I asked if there was an apology for the mistake, to be shouted at and complaining about having to come back out!! The replacement food is in the bin, can't trust a company with that attitude with anything I will eat, neither should you!!!

Came in to this kebab a few weeks ago, and they were coughing and spluttering all over my food with no masks being worn, and coincidentally I caught COVID a few days after. Doesn't show much care for your customers. I won't be coming here again and will be telling all my friends and family of my experience.
