Abergele Pizza & Kebab House

Pre-ordered for 5:45 but received 2 hrs early. Clearly don't know numbers and thought it was 15:45, and spent over £25 but didn't receive the "free" 9in margherita pizza. So all in all not great

😕 well that was £38 of wasted money! Cold chips, baked potato with Chicken Tikka (few pieces of non flavoured chicken and I mean a few pieces), another baked potato with Tuna Mayo (well actually was Tuna (no mayo) and coleslaw) & a minuscule chicken steak burger 😕).... All still hungry and disappointed. At least saving grace the Kids chicken nuggets and chips were ok at least! Main thing, don't want disappointed kids too! I didn't want to order from here but limited choices available..... We chose wrong 🙈.... Should have taken pictures but didn't think about it at the time.

Feedback if you don't have something i.e. potato filling then make a call to let us know the alternatives.

Worst chicken kebab I have ever had, no difference in size between a large one & a small one as ordered. Chicken dry like old shoe leather, soggy bread & old salad. Even got the sauce wrong. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again. The one star is because I can’t post without one.

The delivery was slow, my order was right but everything was wrong with the food i ordered a burger and the bun was as soggy as anything i also asked for garlic sauce on the chips too but they didn't get that right the whole burger and chips was dry and just a soggy burger with the garlic sauce on.

ABSOLUTE JOKE. WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR 2 SMALL CHIPS AND CHEESE AND A 9 INCH PIZZA AND IT WAS STONE COLD. WORST THING IS WE'RE ONLY A FEW MILES FROM THE SHOP. DO NOT ORDER

Had a 14 inch hot pizza on my last visit, we have a caravan on one of the sites just up the road and didn't want to cook!
Will defo be going back on our next caravan stay over!

First off, delivery driver was a nice bloke, that's where the praise ends. Ordered scampi, chips and cheese and a bottle of normal Pepsi (because I hate sweeteners). Sent Pepsi Max, so that'll never get drunk. "Scampi" was nasty minced ocean product stuff and cooked to death, threw most of that away. Chips and cheese were soggy and had some sort of fake cheese that has coated my teeth with a fatty, powdery feeling. Tried 30 times to phone them about it, they seem to have the phone off the hook. Nasty, avoid.

Apparently they don’t know the difference between ketchup and garlic mayo, no offer of a replacement or refund.

Missed a pizza off another order as well.

Perhaps if you removed your headphones and listened in future.
