Llanrwst Kebab House

One of the best Kebabs are served here. I had it three years back, I am back in the region, came back to have it again.. same awesome taste 😋

The lamb shish wrap had half-cooked meat in it. The boys who were serving were arrogant and not even offering drinking water, tissues or properly cooled soft drinks. The place had no wash basin, no tissue dispenser, no refrigerator, and accepted no cards. I wonder why the food department gives a license to such people. Their license should be cancelled, in my humble opinion. Or they should be properly regulated and supervised.

In their reply, the owners do not admit to any fault. If there is a tissue dispenser in the cooking area, can that be counted? If they store their food in a fridge in the cooking area, is that counted? They have said they have a wash basin, but it is for staff use only. Can that be counted? The water and the soft drinks were not given out of a fridge, but from the counter below. Can that be counted?

I agree that they gave a clear cash only policy. Also, yes, we sat and ate from chairs that are not restaurant seats, but they gave us permission to do so, hence they can't hold it as an objection.

Lovely food but shockingly overpriced from last visit - £30.50 for 2 kebabs, chips and burger and chips 😳

Clean and efficient usual selection fleshly prepared

Fantastic food and a great service provided by the owner and staff. Top quality kebabs and the pizzas are tasty too. Portion sizes are plenty, I got the combination kebab and had enough to fill two pitta’s ! We will always order a kebab from these guys. Thanks for the food!

I would love to give 0 stars if possible. I called to enquire if they do halal food and someone had ended the call, I thought it was an accident. I called again to ask and after saying the word halal, they cut the phone again. I've never come across such rude arrogant workers, what makes it worse is whoever was speaking too me was a foreign worker. Baffles me how these guys are still running with little cheap mindsets. I'm pretty sure their food is just as nasty.

Due to the only restaurant in the town not serving food as a wedding on. We had to go here which was a big mistake. A 45 minutes wait, served 14 people that came in after us.
Pizza was tasteless and cold.
Large Kebab chicken breast undercooked, small stale pitta plonked on top of chicken and salad.
