Burnt buger that's black and they must have either over cooked my cheese chips and beans or dished it up then reheated it as the beans are dark and texture of the cheese is rank, it's not stringy it's glupey. Would like to say it's a one off but it isn't, as well we've had some nice food from here there have been times when the polystyrene trays have been burnt and stuck to the food as well as other times they've delivered us burnt food. So won't be ordering from here EVER again. They could see the burger was black yet still put it in a bun and sent it out so they must think it's acceptable to take your hard earned money in exchange for burnt food. They are meant to be sending a new burger but said they dont know when it will get here as they don't have any drivers in my area. At time of writing I've been waiting over 30mins. NEW BEST KEBABS ARE AWFUL THEY DON'T VALUE YOUR MONEY AND THINK ITS ACCEPABLE TO KNOWINGLY SEND OUT BURNT FOOD, THEN NOT SEND A REPLACEMENT OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. Edit: Replacement burger just arrived burnt around the edges but edible.

Just ordered from best kebabs never before have i had them or anyone speak to me like I'm beneath them even though I'm the customer. When I rand back to tell them they completely got the order wrong they instantly said it was my fault... even though I said 5 times the order to the guy on the phone as I thought it may come across a bit much...salad separate...pitta bread separate...it came with nothing but meat...they then went on to say...what do you want us to do send you a box of salad and laughed? I said where I live you didn't need to take the piss...I said I'll tell my mates not to order from you...they turned around and said they earn to much money to worry about a nobody like me! Fine I'll test this with everyone I know from Newport

Took over an hour to deliver. When it came neither of the chicken sheesh wraps had any salad or sauce so it was very dry and plain. The chicken was also overcooked and hard. Ate from here once before and everything was great but very disappointed this time

Havent been here for yrs ,just moved back in to area.Just as nice ,very tasty ,plenty on mixed doner.Staff friendly. Best place in Newport

We haven’t had any issues until today. Lamb kebab wasn’t lamb and did not taste like it. Also something on the sauces was different.

Tasty chicken in the shish kebabs. Great service. Chilli sauce was very spicy though.

Don't be fooled by 1 star had no choice otherwise I couldn't leave review. If you like the taste of burnt rubber go ahead and order the chicken shish kebab, salad was limp and looked days old . Tried to call to complain and staff were rude and hung up on me. Please don't waste your money. Filthy, bogging and dirty place. Absolutely disgusting
