Napoli Pizza & Kebab

I Lived above them; they've had rats for years and haven't bothered to do anything about it. On the last occasion I actually ordered from them I found a crane fly in the kebab.
0/10 - would not recommend.

Recently moved to GCG from Swansea. We have tried a lot of takeaways, tried this takeaway twice now, and we've got no words to describe, about the perfection of the food. Everything was fresh, the wrap was PACKED with meat. Staff also very friendly. Had it delivered once too, they were reasonbly quick. 100% the favourite takeaway now, recommended to everyone.

Ordered a delivery on THEIR OWN WEBSITE 50 minutes before last order on Saturday night , payed by card online money taken from account food didn’t turn up, although I had received a email confirming the order had been received and accepted, kept phoning Napoli the next day several times over a few hours and they wouldn’t give me any information cause the “boss was out on delivery” find it hard to believe that the boss was out on delivery for several hours, then 23 hours after the order was accepted I was sent a text from Foodhub saying my order was cancelled , I never ordered off food hub, Napoli refused to take responsibility and held Foodhub responsible for their mishap, lost a customer

Food turned up late and cold! Phoned to complain said they would send replacement nothing turned up very disappointing

Placed an order tonight after 39 minutes of placing the order I phoned asking how long the order would be they said 25 minutes, that was 50 minutes ago it’s past closing time and they are not answering the phone, never had issues Before, normally perfect but tonight entirely disappointed considering it’s half 11 on a Sunday and everywhere is shut

Banging pizza's, the cats always steal them off me so they must be good.
