Family Kabab House

Check the change you are given. I ordered a small kebab at £6.00..I gave them a £10 note and was given £3.50 change.
As for the meal.. meat was dried up and hard on the edges. Must have been in the warmer for ages.
I asked for garlic and mint sauce and was only given garlic. As I arrived their delivery driver put his order in his car and waited for a second order. Mine was ordered and packed before the delivery guy had his second delivery... someone must have received a cold meal. I won't rush back to family Kebabs in Crosskeys

Me and my partner and some family ordered a kebab on Monday night after hearing some bad news. My partner ate the chicken (which we later realised was pink and undercook) and he hasn’t stopped throwing up with food poisoning a few hours later. The other family members who had the chicken also reported feeling unwell.

Complete rubbish, Ordered food at 9PM, 10:35PM still not arrived. Over an hour and 30 minutes wait for a kebab! We are only 10 minutes away from this place!

When we called up to ask where the order was they didn't have a clue and sounded like they wouldn't of even bothered if we hadn't of rang up.

We've ordered from here a few times and all though cheaper than other places in the area, food is lower quality. After this experience I'll never be returning. If you want a decent kebab go to Capanos in Risca instead.

EDIT: Order finally arrived at 11:03PM! 2 hours wait for a kebab when we live 10 minutes up the road, disgusting. Food was cold and obviously they just forgot about this order some how. Worst kebab experience I've ever had and if anyone is considering ordering from here I strongly advise you to order from literally any other kebab in risca and I have no doubt it will be a better experience than this.

So reading some of the reviews onw thing is abundantly clear. People are being paid to give good ratings. Third time ordering from this disastrous takeaway and the only thing consistent is how terrible it is.

Two hour wait time. When the food arrived it was cold. The food from a taste perspective was disgusting felt like I was doing a Bush tucker trail with Matt Hancock.
If you don't want to waste your money or be sat on a toilet fighting for your life. Order a chinese or something you'll thank me later 🙏

Came on time 1hour , plenty of salad, and garlic sauce was really tasty, Chicken Shish was succulent, smaller portion of chips then expected but overall very satisfied

Fast delivery, lovely food

Ordered food to be delivered at 25 past 10 for it to be delivered earlier by the time I got there due to not expecting it until around that time, it was cold by the time I got there. Didn't accept the food. Delivery drivers attitude was "well its your own fault for being in the pub" not my fault its 25 minutes early, manager/ owner or what ever she was had a disgusting attitude also didn't have a care in the world. I've never had a problem with family kebab until now. Quite a simple problem that could of been solved quite easily.

Best takeaway in my opinion
