Rhondda Pizza And Kebab

Had my first delivery last night .
Was delivered within 45 minutes, piping hot,
the food tasted absolutely amazing, It was cooked beautifully and the portions where large .
The lady on the phone was lovely and the delivery guy was also very nice.
Can't recommend yourselves highly enough, will definitely be ordering again soon.

When asked if they had anything vegan another member of staff said “chips” while passing, which is fine, fair enough. The member of staff serving us referred me to the allergen list which said that all food could be contaminated with any of the main allergen list. When handed our food the member of staff serving us, who had two air pods in his ears the whole time, said “thank you, get out”. When I said “pardon?” he said “nothing”. This was very rude and unnecessary.

Fantastic service, great food and lots of it for the price! We ordered the house special kebab and a large lamb shish, and a small portion of chips. £25 and got a free garlic pizza bread. Well worth a visit.

It's ok, apart from the chips are always overcooked.

We had several large orders from here since 2020 and the portion sizes have shrunk dramatically.

We now spend our money at Valley instead.

I have ordered from this shop numerous times with no problems but tonight had 2 pizzas delivered they were burnt and all scrunched up in the box as if they had been carried on the side and not flat when they were warm I have never had pizzas delivered in this condition I don't know how they were sent out of the shop so burnt. Also when I rang the shop the lady put the boss on the phone and could not get him to understand what the trouble was all he kept saying was that the cheese bubbles and stuck to box would not recommend them to anyone

Never had a problem until now. Ordered 2 16 inch pizza on the deal. Hawaiin 3 or 4 slices burned on crust. Both pizzas must have been carried sideways as had slid down the boxes. Looked like a car crash. Rang them and girl got owner who didn't understand what was said. Normally great service and food. Need to train the drivers to hold pizzas flat

Food arrived an hour early. Sent back and when redelivered it was the same food that had been kept warm. Lettuce was brown and slimy and rolls for burgers were soggy.
Called to ask what was happening and whoever I spoke to was really rude and tried to say food had been cooked fresh.
After some cross words we did have fresh food delivered but customer service was appaling. Won’t be using again.

Sent 10 yr old stepdaughter to get food with my card, they sent her away , shouting cash only... Even though recent covid requirements promote contactless payments wherever possible and a mask must be worn in store at all times???
Been going here over 8 years and delivered for them and this has never been a thing until recent takeover... They are even a member of just eat , where you can pay by card??? Just phoned for an explanation and a name of the person who made this rule, only to be spoken to like dirt by the british girl answering the phone, and when I asked to speak to the person in charge, whoever it was that came to the phone and in the background initially. Proceeded to threaten me and tell me to come to the store... what a let down for just eat promoting this kind of establishment!!! Cant believe it... leaving to attend the store myself... and not to buy anything either as I for one will never use these people to feed my family again.... disgusting attitude...
