Turkish Delight

Food was disgusting as was the customer service. The bun was a pale off white colour resembling dough rather than an actual bun and was saturated in cabbage juice and grease. The woman over the phone was so quick to anger when I detailed the state of the food. In the review she took no responsibility and argued we were trying to receive free food. Completely disingenuous. The complaint on justeat is left under the name of Reagan - the screenshots show we were not lying. The sheer volume of the complaints is telling. Worst take away I've ever used.

Recieved a vile smelling chicken sheesh,

Would expect a full refund for the food that was returned by myself , but only recieved a refund for the kebab.

As if anyone would eat half of an order when the chicken they claimed is fresh, smelt like death. I was also offered store credit, but the smell will ensure i never eat anything from there again

I have eaten food from there plenty of times and its been fine so expected better customer service really

Orderd a mix kebab lamb shish and chicken donnor only 3 small pieces of lamb shish and salad then decided to ring them up and notify them that I wanted another one the girl their said I will ring u back as soon as the delivery came and about 20 minutes later I try to ring then they keep putting the phone down on me !😡

Absolutely terrible food . Order totally wrong on their behalf. The unprofessional (women / girl ) shouting abuse down the phone. Would not change my food or give refund. Then hanging up the phone so much for customer is always right. Appalling behaviour and service. Anyone reading this avoid this shop

just had an order . 2 chicken doner wraps and chips .
chicken wraps were nice aswell as chips .
seen some bad reviews but for myself tonight i would rate the food 8/10

Absolutely revolting. Worst food I've ever seen. Or tasted. My Donner meat was rock hard and has a funny green tinge to it. Chicken shish was absolutely disgusting. Tasted of fish. When I phoned them I was I'd not be able to get it swapped or my money back. Spent 45 quid on the absolute garbage

Usually never fail. The food quality is great which is what made me keep ordering, a couple times the delivery times felt a bit unnecessarily long but of course I didn't think much of it being the weekend and it being with the business probably handling multiple orders. Today though I waited for an hour just to have a notification that the order has been cancelled. Been sitting around for an hour with an empty stomach.
