Family Grill House

Recently moved within the area and could not fault the service or the food.

The food is always fresh tasting, clean and grease free with a great portion size and cooked to perfection.

The staff are always bubbly, friendly and professional toward the job.

I would recommend this great place, you wont be disappointed.

Second time ordering from here after getting a menu delivered , Im extremely fussy with my food & it was absolutely stunning , love that they have their own app , the food is always delivered hot , fresh & delicious the staff are always very polite & more than happy to help will most definitely be a regular customer the best kebab iv had in pontypool in a very long time 😁😋

Ordered a chicken sandwich but what I had was like a piece of chicken no coating cut in half and was like leather and tasted disgusting so i only took a few bites and after an hour of eating it I was sick and I had horrendous pains in my stomach will never order from here again

Hot food and friendly driver, I couldn't eat the chicken at it smelt off 😑 🤢 so ended up eatting the small chips for dinner.. also ordered a pick a mix and all the sweets were stuck together and chocolate melted together, it was 1 sweet stuck together 😩😠😐😡 so disappointed!!! Tried calling but no one answered. I will not be ordering again...
