Family Kebab House

Been ordering from here for a few years now, it has gradually gone down hill, ordered tonight and bearing in mind my son's would eat like mongrel dogs they couldn't even stomach it. Myself and my wife tried and couldn't. I phoned and made a complaint which I never do and got told the owner would get in contact. Never happened. Not looking for money back just the balls to apologize

Shocking service waited nearly 2hrs bloke on phone nothing but rude felt sorry for driver when I sent him back with food

Ordered via Just Eat. Paid for a meal and delivery.
Delivery was late but that doesn’t really bother me but having stuff missing off order does.
I’ve made 70 phone calls and it’s busy every time.
As for the kebab it was an ok meal. Very dry even though I ordered both garlic and mint sauce.
Don’t think I would be ordering from this place again.
I would advise anyone to stay well away from this here.
Shop must be making a fortune by charging for things thats not delivered

Just went in to the kebab shop and the welcome we had was disgusting, the man surving just didn't want to know and was very rude this is the second time this man has been rude to us and it's safe to say I will never spend any money in there again we didn't even order this time we just went else were as he was to rude.. the food has always been lovely and service always great but since this new man has arrived it's miserable in there the foods cold and not a lot of it and his service is vile

Used these guys for a few years and then all of a sudden a pizza covered with peppers,onions and sweetcorn tunred up instead of our usual 'meat feast'. Phoned up to explain the misshapen and was told i'd ordered the wrong food....? Went onto my online order to assure i hadn't and was told i would receive my meat feast asap....no worries, problem sorted....but no! When my new pizza got delivered i had a delivery driver show me a menu and a meat feat order as if id ordered wrong all along....guys obviously couldnt just admit a mistake and teied to make me a lier.no worries. Plenty more kebab shops around :D.

Didn’t consider what sauce I wanted after having to change my order due to the restaurant being out of product, got a donner kebab order for no salad and didn’t give a choice of sauce instead it was made with salad and no sauce so left a very dryness to the wrap, the chips and cheese was a disgrace! No doubt it was already made and warmed back up to send out, made the chips very rubbery and you can see at the bottom of the try where the cheese and already melted and set sticky chips together

Previously had 3 delivered orders all came very quickly and lovely food, shocking service this evening, placed order online, order confirmed by shop, then had a text 10 minutes later saying we were too far away and they were cancelling order and would take 3-5 days to get my money back. Phone the shop and no help at all, first said they were too busy and then said we were too far away and put phone down on me, I would have understood if they had said straight away but to take the money then change their mind is not on. Will never use again

Food is always fresh and hot, also turns up earlier than expected
