Really great all round. Minor headache with the requests for several times seen vaccination docs but other than that excellent and my dog loves it

Crossways Kennels have saved the day, well actually the month!
My mother has used Crossways for many years and had her dogs booked in to stay for a week over Christmas. Sadly just before Christmas she took quite a nasty tumble and managed to injure herself quite badly, she has just returned home, six weeks after the fall and five weeks after being admitted to a convalescent clinic.

Crossways have gone above and beyond not only looking after the dogs and fitting them in for quite a lot longer than they were originally booked for but supporting us as we've navigated this life stage. The team have emailed pictures of the dogs to Mum which has cheered her up no end, during this difficult time. Thank you from our team to the Crossways team :)

I would highly recommend Crossways Kennels on many levels.

Friendly and attentive staff. Dogs seemed happy on collection which I guess means it gets their recommendations too!

I’ve used Crossways kennels for my 3 dogs for over 33 years and have found the care that my dogs have received to be appropriate.

On using the kennels this last weekend for a ONE night stay only 24 hours but over 2 calendar day for one medium size dog, I was faced with a bill of £50.00

Excessive and unnecessarily expensive. Such a shame 🐶

The staff are all qualified and really love dogs. Our pups are so excited to see the crossways team every time we come! One of the main advantages for us is that they do not mix dogs from different households while still taking each dog out for a walk and playtime. Highly recommended!

I have left my dogs at crossways on occasions over the last decade and recently left my 2 cats for a few days . The kennels are very well run , staff are welcoming , professional and i would reccomend for those reasons ..
The only slight dissapointment is having to pay another days boarding fee on the day of collection which stumps up the price somewhat ..
I will still recomend and also board my animals here ..Many thanks to the staff.
