Shenstone kennels and cattery

My dog stayed a few times and after a problem with a cheque (would like to make it clear I always paid just wrote the cheque wrong!) found them very rude,didn't say we couldn't pay by cheque when dropping our dog so had to extend his stay and then was accused of leaving my dog!! We holiday 3 times a year and also have numerous weekends away so they've lost a loyal customer now,my dog also came home each time with a cough and was constantly starving even though we explained he grazed on his food so obviously when he doesn't eat at a certain time they were taking the food away so he was very hungry! Wouldn't recommend them and will be cancelling his bookings for this year as I have found a lovely friendly kennels with great reviews! The owner also came to my home and wasn't the friendliest very bad customer service....AVOID

Friendly and efficient. Our Labrador seemed very happy just for a 2 day stay. First time there so not sure how it would be. Shame the dogs are only allowed into a concrete yard by themselves for exercise.

Can’t recommend this kennels enough. They helped us out when no other kennel would at 9 o’clock on a Sunday night, when we had to home a family members cat due to a house flood. even meeting us down the road to stop the other animals at the kennels been disturbed. Have used many times since with our rescue dog and she loves it there such professional friendly service.

We’ve taken our dog and parrot here many times now and can’t fault the service. They both come back happy every time. Staff are warm and welcoming, facilities are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend

Avoid!!!
Staff are rude. Dog comes home under fed and kennel cough.
Accused me of lying re dog vaccinations and called my vets behind my back! Refused to take my dog out for a walk and then blocked me from contacting them on Facebook.
Then they lied over the phone so I called back and pretended to be someone else and they slagged me off to myself!

Avoid at all cost!

Kennels are dirty too!

Very friendly, and they always look after our cat so well. Been going there for years now.
They even send you a post card from your pet if you ask really nicely.

Simply the best. The nicest people in the world. Wouldn't leave our dogs with anyone else. Thanks Karen.
