It could not be bettered! We have not boarded our dogs since bringing them to the UK from the Cayman Islands five years ago and were very worried about leaving them for the first time. We needn't have worried. We were given a very warm welcome when we went to visit before booking the kennels. The owners definitely run a Woofers Paradise! The dogs spend their night in a night kennel. They also have a day kennel and an exercise area. The owners showed great concern over the welfare of the dogs and greated them and spoke with them when we first visited. When we took them to the kennels they made sure that the dogs settled in well. We would recommend Woofers Paradise. It certainly deserves the five star rating that we have given it!

Beverly and her team looked after my dog for a week. It was obvious that she had been extremely well looked after and pampered for the duration of her stay. Very reasonable rates. I would be more than happy to leave my dog with them again in the future.

My dog has just stayed once again in woofers paradise for a 2 week holiday ( 5year old energetic lurcher) and enjoyed her 5 * treatment. Beverley the owner is fantastic and knows all the dogs extremely well ,going out of her way to meet the needs of each dog. My dog absolutely loves it !! The kennels are spotlessly clean and my dog is treated like a princess!! I would 100% recommend woofers paradise to anyone without any hesitation.

Put in Rusty my cat in. Visits regularly. Spotlessly clean with cats held in separate building to the dogs near the house. Caring proprietors.

This site has not been a boarding kennels for some years so ignore all old negative reviews. It is the regional rehoming centre for the Greyhound Trust. Greyhounds are wonderful family dogs. I may be biased(I have 2). Check out the website Greyhound Trust Southwest Wales for dogs currently available. If you have an interest in adoption, all details are on the site. Staff at the centre are very friendly and welcoming and will find the right dog for you. Please note visits are by appointment.

Woofers Paradise, more like a Woofers Concentration Camp! My dog has been housed in kennels in 4 countries & this was the worse I have ever been too. Stinkin dog returned to me with WET STINKING bedding after only 4 nights, I had to get him straight into a bath at home. I left 2 extra meals in case of emergency all the food was gone so she's either kept it or overfed my dog. Charged for part days on entry & exit which I have never exprience before. My advise don't even call this business, if you could put zero stars I would have. NEVER, EVER AGAIN.

Telephoned them on 4 separate days, each time within their stipulated business hours but kept getting an answer phone message. I did as they requested and repeated my telephone number twice, very s-l-o-w-l-y each time, but they did not have the decency to return any of my calls, even though they say they would respond within 48hrs.
