Fantastic service!!! The owner was lovely! So polite, v clear and knew his stuff. Keys cut whilst I waited and they repair handbags and watched too which is super!!! Shoes as well of course!!!! A decent choice of key rings too. When I got home, keys worked like a dream!!!! Located in Khans mobile shop. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

I was looking to get my key cut late evening time after 6pm. I found Key & Shoe Crafts Open in the main heart of Tooting. I was offered same day service and waited less than 2 minutes for a new key. Thank you Wasim for your excellent customer service and efficient process.

I have been here many times and the service has always been outstanding - shoes, keys + watches. They could have easily charged me for a "watch repair" for my fairly expensive watch, but they found out that it just needed to be cleaned and it wasn't actually broken so they didn't charge me for this service! So nice to have an honest service still around these days. Their watch batteries are guaranteed too as they use genuine / good brands of battery unlike some places.

I requested eyelets to be put in my flag, unfortunately the 3rd Party which takes care of this did not do a satisfactory job. Too make sure I got my flag back in time Adam spent £50 of his own money to use another company to make sure the flag was amended to the highest standard and on time.

It’s not very often you see someone go out of there way to make sure they provide their customer with the best service possible.

Brilliant key cutting service, he is open at weekends which makes life so much easier! Directly on the left side of TK Maxx (opposite Santander). Very fast service and very nice person as well. Fully recommend. :-) thank you!

Really helpful guy. He cut a number of sets of keys for me. Unfortunately, one particular key caused a few issues. However, this was a padlock key. And when I brought the padlock to him, he quickly sorted it out. Great service, very friendly and polite. Definitely recommended.

Came to get 2 new pairs of keys. Served by Smooth who gave a very professional service, with 4 keys cut within 5 minutes while we waited. Gave us a great price too as we were getting more than one key cut. Highly recommended

Brilliant service! Thanks to Smooth for the magic work! I was struggling with a bracelet i got as a gift, it was too long, and he managed to cut trough the metal perfectly to make it shorter! Will definitely come back!
