Really good service. I had to get a key copied but only had a copy to do it from which is not ideal. The man was very patient and persevered until my key worked.

This business has always been super helpful and knowledgeable, I've purchased keys, locks and accessories a few times in the past. Recently gave me some advice over the phone, which helped me to realign a sticking door lock for my elderly neighbour - without trying to sell me anything (unless I found during the job that I in fact needed a whole new lock). That's the best way to build relationships, as they lead to other sales in future based on trust. Thanks for the advice

Excelent locksmiths and they do colour photocopying and printing from usb memory up to A3. Tony is so helpful.

Thank goodness for this business. I had a lock that was 16 years old and broken. I rang the shop, sent a picture of the lock with some measurements. Five minutes later he told me that he had a lock and it was priced really well too!

He saved me from having to spend a couple of hours of fitting a completely different lock. There minutes, locks changed, job done!
