We had major problems trying to get replacement keys for our van. Found this little Gem in Leek Town. What a find. The guy couldn't have been more helpful. He pre ordered the key blanks that were required for the job. Then it was a simple trip into town and he had it all sorted keys programmed and job complete in the hour very good value too. Very nice guy, operates a fantastic service.

Excellent service.... lovely, helpful chap. He replaced the blade on my car key whilst I waited for just a few minutes. He is also very reasonably priced. Lots of other services such as shoe repairs, trophies and engraving amd also sells a variety of products. Would highly recommend.

I went to get a spare car key, I had been to timpsons at Morrisons who were charging £75 for a key they didn’t even have in stock so I went to smiths who did a great job for £55 on the same day. Would definitely go back and highly recommend 👍🏽

A crook, sold me for £5 one of those flat round battery you can get 10 for a pound, I paid and said nothing, must have been my foreign accent or the covid hit him so hard he has to scam people, or maybe he still very sore against Italians because of the European.

Thanks btw, you know what's upsetting also? That he thought I was so stupid I didn't know how much those batteries cost, I expected a pound, even 2, but 5?
Pathetic.

I had four watches that needed batteries, John the owner could not have been more helpful. He even put the times right on them and as a good Will gesture gave me a little discount. Thank you John
