Friendly staff but limited services and not the same hours as the supermarket it’s outside. Can be found just outside Tesco.

Made me a new remote van key as mine original one was unusable, The buttons had pushed through the rubber. The key now works brilliantly and I have had no problems getting in and out my van. The key feels much more robust than the old one too. Service was quick and efficient. Thanks very much

Excellent first class customer service from James at Timpson at Tesco Beccles, he is friendly and helpful and repaired my sports bag for me that my daughter's dog chewed clean through the handle straps and I also got two linen jackets cleaned with stains that came back looking like new again.

Over £30 for 3 keys cutting. If I had known before I asked to have them done, I'd have walked away. Horrendously expensive.

Needed to get new velcro put on sandals before I went on holiday, despite the sewing machine not working ,the man in the shop was very helpful and took them to the Lowestoft shop and repaired them there, great service, thank you.

Used this Timpson to have three keys cut
only one of them part work when I got home
Checked the website and they said they’re open till 6 o’clock so I got there at 5:45 and the shop was closed went back the next day asked him to re-cut the keys and they still didn’t work
Upon being asked why the shop was shut early was promptly told that he had to do his shopping
Also asked when the keys didn’t work why was this he said he had no idea and when he cut keys for his own house even they didn’t work
doesn’t restore much confidence in his workmanship
Arrived home again to find the key still didn’t work not prepared to use him
Surely if he’s been doing the job 10 years he can cut a key correctly would never use this place again and would recommend everybody else stays clear unless you want to waste time driving backwards and forwards what an absolute waste of time
