I saw Laura at Balanced wellness about my recently diagnosed Ménière’s Disease- where I was experiencing episodes of vertigo that were disabling. I’ve had two great sessions with Laura, and since I’ve seen her the nutrition program she worked with me on plus the treatment she did at the time, have most certainly been a contributor, if not primary reason, why I’ve felt so well since. Kinesiology is wonderful and Laura has such a talent for it! I had tried too many other therapies to mention, read self help books and had taken courses and most of them didn't work. Laura had me feeling better emotionally and physically having reduced my anxiety and completely got rid of my lower back pain in just two sessions. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have been seeing Laura at Balanced Wellness for 4 years. We have worked through a number of health and hormonal issues all triggered by stress. Thanks to Laura I have made huge changes to my life that have impacted positively on my overall health and wellbeing. I have been wanting to write a review of/for Laura ever since my first meeting with her. I truly, truly cannot praise Laura enough.

I’m not exaggerating when I say that meeting Laura has, without doubt, changed my life. And I shall be eternally grateful to her that she has given me faith that my health issues will be resolved and that I will get my health and vitality back; something that I’d hitherto thought might never be possible.

One of the many, many things that I love about Laura is that she is so passionate about what she does and she carries out her work with the greatest of diligence and care. No mountain is too hard for her to scale, no problem too difficult to try to crack. She approaches her work with her customary gusto and unfailingly demonstrates her ardent desire to restore health to each one of her clients.

I truly could not be more impressed by Laura if I tried. I have unmitigated trust and confidence in Laura and all that she does; indeed, I don’t believe I’ve ever placed so much faith in someone in all my life.

I am always so impressed by her seemingly infinite knowledge and expertise. And couldn’t feel in safer, more secure hands if I tried. Every time I’ve gone to see her, I’ve always come out feeling like a different person and so much better for it!

Besides all of the above, Laura has a wonderful ability to make you feel calmer the moment you see her. And there’s a lovely, tranquil atmosphere in the clinic whenever I’ve been.

I honestly and wholeheartedly believe that Laura is my guardian angel, sent down to help me solve all my health issues! I truly do not know what I would do without her.

I left Laura feeling totally connected and ready to change direction. I quite coffee for over a week (big thing for me) and began making the changes I needed for a happier me. Love that she’s in my life!

Always a pleasure coming here. The ladies are amazing. Wouldnt know where I would be without kinesiology. Tha have made such a big difference in my life.
