Ramsbottom Kitchens did an outstanding job from design to fitting.
I was dreading the rip out day but there was no need to worry everything went as planned with no issues at all .Tradesmen, Kitchen units and appliances arrived in a scheduled order and the kitchen was completed on time.
All the tradesmen from plasterer to plumber, electricians to fitters did an excellent job and were always very punctual, polite and courteous.
I am extremely pleased with my new kitchen and would have no hesitation to recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a new kitchen .

The team here are knowledgeable, helpful and very accommodating. A range of kitchens you can see , touch, feel, and explore in the huge showroom, which is what makes all the difference, fabulous to deal with and well worth the short drive from Clitheroe.

At long last after 10 weeks ( minus 8 days we were on holiday) our kitchen is at last finished. Or almost apart from waiting on a bespoke cupboard . We live in hope. .... A stressful experience with lots of niggles. Won't go into all of them but oven gloves and an apron won't make up for our experience and certainly are no compensation for the stress and numerous phone calls we had to make to the lovely patient Geraldine in the office who did our best for us . The kitchen is excellent quality and we love it and all the professional workmen were friendly and efficient. Couldn't fault them. The organisation just wasn't efficient. Three weeks it should have taken at the outside but it was treble that. Reading the reviews we were the exception to the efficiency of other installations but nevertheless it shouldn't have happened as our kitchen is quite small. But it's done and now we can relax. Would we recommend the company, yes, to a point, but only if there is a guarantee of completion and certainly more efficiency.

The level of advice, support and care is massive. I dealt with Abbie and Pete, they give a very positive vibe and know how to support 100%. No hesitation in recommending this business.

The service we received before the fit was excellent. Great designs, friendly service and a decent price considering the quality of the unit/appliances.

The problems with Ramsbottom Kitchens comes with its after sales care. It felt like as soon as we'd made payment, the wheels started to fall off.

Our kitchen fit began in the last week of April and we received our final part in the last week of July. Not great at all. It felt like pushing water up hill at times trying to find out when things were going to be sorted.

We had two room measurings done, one on the initial consultation and one a couple of weeks before the fit. It was therefore a surprise to find that two units were not compatible with the shape of our room. That meant new units had to be made and pushed our completion date back. Ramsbottom Kitchens dealt with the issue quickly but it felt very avoidable.

The delay meant that it felt as though we were being squeezed in when the company's busy fitters had a spare moment. The communication of when work was going to happen was quite poor. It required us chasing them which felt like the wrong was round.

The fitters were really friendly and capable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We were left waiting for a cutlery tray for 8 weeks, which isn't the end of the world but became a source of frustration. This was topped off by it eventually being delivered to a house on a different street altogether.

It's difficult to say whether or not I'd recommend Ramsbottom Kitchens. The kitchen they've supplied and fitted is top notch but it shouldn't have taken so long to complete.

The finished look of the kitchen was completely spoilt by the tiling both wall and floor. Ramsbottom Kitchens recommended the tiler and the standard of work was extremely poor, with tiles cut to different sizes and floor tiles not level, to name just two problems. As a result of the poor tiling and the fact that a side cupboard had not been delivered in time a corner had to be cut out and this is a glaring error, which spoils the finished appearance.

Whilst l was dreading the ripping out of the old and installation of a new kitchen l needn't have worried. From starting with the design to finishing with minor snagging the experience could not have been better. The sub contractors supplied by Ramsbottom kitchens performed to a high standard and turned up when scheduled. Must make a special mention of Steve the fitter. Very methodical approach which resulted in a high standard of installation. The good experience was rounded off by the assistance provided by the administration team at head office. Kept in touch throughout the process and always willing to assist. Good value for money.

Perfect service from start to finish. Having a new kitchen is a horrible job but they (in particular Geraldine) took as much stress out as they could. All the contractors were excellent and reliable
