Panelven Kitchens

We came across Panelven whilst looking for an easy option for replacing a kitchen in a 1 bedroom flat in central London. Panelven were excellent right from the start with our designer Dean helping every step of the way including checking measurements were right, planning layout, changing different aspects (colours, accesories etc.) as we went along and getting around issues that arose (not being able to move some old water valves meaning the sink had to be relocated and a slight change in the units used). Overall i was very happy with the assistance and my dad (who I was installing the kitchen for) was very extremly happy with the final result including a stunning quartz worktop from New forest stone (orgabosed through Panelven). It made it much easier than my initial plan to go flat pack/DIY kitchen units, worktop elsewhere and appliances somewhere else. Having it all from one location made my job much easier and when comparing the kitchen units to other options i researched Panelven was very competively priced even compared to the flat pack options and these come pre-assembled!

Fantastic kitchens at very reasonable prices. We purchased a 1909 in-frame slab kitchen from Panelven for our new-build house and we are really pleased with the design, fit and function of the kitchen and integrated equipment.

Panelven are a family business and carried out the installation. The company has proved responsive and helpful throughout the purchase, install and after-care process - highly recommend Panelven.

We decided to upgrade our kitchen this year as we had plenty of time at home to manage the project! But being new to the area, we did not know which company to choose. We opted for three quotations – two from the most widely known suppliers (beginning with ‘W’) :) and then we ‘Googled’ local family businesses. Panelven Kitchens have a very good set of reviews and so we invited them to quote. When Jason (the designer) came, he did not say much but asked a few questions and we wondered what design he would come up with. Within two days, we had an amazing design produced that gave a true vision of what we could expect. We only wondered whether we would be able to afford it (we had no price at that time). Having then contacted the other two providers we awaited their proposals. The prices were all around the same (very surprisingly) because without any question, Panelven were notably more professional, helpful, prepared, timely and very pleasant to deal with. In fact, Panelven were not the most expensive despite having a far superior product and so it was an easy decision to go ahead.
Wow – what a great experience it has been! Nick took ownership of the fitting and could not have been more attentive to the details; watching him at work was a real education! Everything had to be exact and it was – the kitchen was installed exactly on time and with no fuss. The site was left immaculately clean and tidy every day and we were kept informed of next steps constantly. In the Panelven office, Kerry was a terrific help! I was not the easiest customer when I changed my mind on a couple of items, but Kerry was supremely professional and managed my requests without fuss and definitely went the extra mile to ensure our complete satisfaction.

In summary, Panelven is THE kitchen company to choose. A first-class planning service, top-notch quality products, (be sure to check items like drawer runners as ‘Blum’ are simply the best), an admin and support to be proud of and a fitting service that was outstanding in all aspects.
To say we are delighted is an understatement! You can see in the attached pictures what the old kitchen looked like along with some of the shiny new one.

If you need a new kitchen, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We hunted for months to find the right kitchen supplier and came across Panelven via an Instagram post. There kitchens were to the right level of quality and style we were looking for, but they were also affordable.

They have a small but perfectly formed showroom, which is well worth a visit, and they offer a very personalised and skilled design service which allows you to explore your space in 3D. We made a lot of changes before entirely happy and they were patient all the way through.

It's worth noting that you have to measure it all yourself, which was a worry right up until our fitter installed it, but it fitted perfectly and the quality of finish was as we'd hoped for.

The price was middle range and they helped us reduce the costs where we could but overall it was affordable against the quality of service and products.

We are over the moon with our new kitchen and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Panelven has recently completed my dream kitchen !

Wow wow wow …. Where do I start …. firstly do not hesitate to request a site visit from Jason the kitchen designer for Panelven .He was very personable professional organised and calm in helping me with all aspects of the design process from conception to the last design after four amendments ! Jason totally understood my thought process and what I was trying to achieve and came up with some great ideas and together this resulted in my perfect Kitchen . Kerry is an amazing administrator and super organised and coordinated ordering the units , appliances and fab quartz worktops , we were given a start date at the point of first payment and this was set in stone and duly started on time . We were updated on the progress of the making of units and when the appliances had been delivered to Panelven which helped with the seamless process towards installation . Kerry was quick to respond at all times to answer our queries and provide the relevant information we requested . Nick the excellent kitchen installer did an initial site visit and we discussed everything !!! He answered all our questions and reassured as necessary and believe me his attention to detail is phenomenal ! Nick and Richard installed our kitchen over a period of a week ish and were an absolute joy to have working in our home . The standard of work was exceptionally professional and their ‘can do and nothing is insurmountable attitude ‘ has to be highly praised ! They communicated every day their proposed work and amended a few wee things at the last minute upon my request and and answered all my incessant questions !!! My husband and I have no hesitation in recommending Panelven and are beyond delighted with our fabulous bespoke Kitchen …… just do it !!!

As part of a small extension we were looking to add a new more family friendly kitchen. Jason asked what was on my wish list, I told him a larder cupboard, a dishwasher and an island. And then I told him the dimensions of the new room. I thought he was going to laugh me out the showroom.

The design Jason delivered was gorgeous, we tried a few other companies but none managed to deliver what I wanted with the quality I was after and was sure I couldn’t afford. But Panelven were spot on.

The quality of the cupboards, interior shelving and racking, soft close doors and drawers and stunning worktops are second to none.

Nick, their kitchen fitter worked miracles, he fitted the kitchen in a few days and his attention to detail, craftsmanship and general attitude was so reassuring, I cannot praise him enough.

Kerry in Panelven’s office kept us on track and up to date. Gave us plenty of notice of dates and fittings. And basically kept me from panicking.
