Excellent service from design, order to final installation. We are delighted with our kitchen from Schmidt Cheltenham.

Super friendly staff. Really knowledgeable. No high pressure sales but gave you lots of confidence. Products look fantastic and very functional.

Pauline was really lovely and enthusiastic but we decided not to proceed with Schmidt even though our previous kitchen was Schmidt and we were very pleased with it. We were surprised to be told you can’t use le creuset pans on an induction hob - we’ve been using our successfully for 14 years and le creuset themselves recommend them! We were not allowed to take away any drawings to think about the design and we felt over directed - I wanted my freezer in the utility room not the kitchen but told it wasn’t the right way! We explored designs and options with 2 other similar priced kitchen , one bespoke hand made and one German and were given layouts by both - it really made the difference as we lived with it and changed a few elements after full consideration

Thoroughly impressed with the whole experience from design, delivery, installation to after sales care. Exceptionally friendly, helpful and courteous staff who are incredibly approachable and easy to work with. Fantastic attention to detail by design and fitting teams with, thoughtful and considered suggestions throughout. The finished product exceeded expectations and would absolutely recommend Cheltenham Schmidt for any project big or small.
