My experience with this company has been fantastic, they were very friendly and efficient throughout the whole process, from walking in to the Kitchen showroom , discussing and planning the Kitchen Design and Installation , the actual Kitchen Installation , and the price.Excellent. T.W -St Albans

Mediocre kitchen, poor appliances, very expensive and short on customer service. A relative of mine was having problems with his brand new Neff washing machine which was supplied by Poggenpohl with his kitchen. After speaking with Poggenpohl in St Albans and showing them a video of the noise it was making, they suggested contacting Neff to sort the machine out. Neff customer services said nothing about doing any checks ourselves to the machine and offered no reason why it should be noisy and a Neff engineer came out. I offered to let the Neff engineer in. Fortunately the noise was just a button in the filter and if it happens again, it is something that can be fixed without an engineer. I was surprised that neither Poggenpohl nor Neff Customer services had suggested there was a fix we could have done ourselves to remove this button. But I didn't expect the rudeness and aggressiveness of the Neff Engineer, not to mention the demeaning way I was spoken to. I was told I should read instructions, it has wasted his time and I need to fetch a bowl to help him (would he have spoken like that to a man??) When I said I was simply there to let him in, he seemed tonot want to fix it. I then got a lecture on how I needed to learn he said he would only fix it if I was paying attention properly. As a woman on my own I felt demeaned and threatened by this individual and was so upset - especially as it wasn't even my appliance - I personally visited St Albans Poggenpohl to complain. The manager appeared equally shocked by the attitude of this Neff engineer. He seemed very helpful and personally rang Neff to say. I got a phone call from Neff apologising for the engineer's rudeness. I accepted the apology and thought that the end of the matter. But no - the relative has now received a call out bill for £100 (no call out charge was mentioned.) What a terrible experience to give a Poggenpohl customer - and frightening to send such a weird engineer. If you pay a top price - and let's face it Poggenpohl must be one of the most expensive kitchens you can buy - you expect a top service. By the way disappointingly there is absolutely nothing special about a Poggenpohl kitchen. My relative got the Poggenpohl kitchen as it came with his new property. But there is absolutely nothing about it which tells me where the money has gone. I am at a loss why anyone in their right minds would pay so much for one of these kitchens from Poggenpohl. I have come to the conclusion you are simply paying for marketing as the cabinets and appliances they supply (Neff) are no different to cheaper brands (and paying more certainly does not mean you will be entitled to decent customer service!) Don't let the fact you can afford to pay for this make you a fool!

Poggenpohl is a wonderful place, I've visted the store a couple of times, the kitchen designs are wonderful.

We have had a stunning, high quality kitchen fitted by Poggenpohl St Albans. We are very happy with the service given through the whole process. Dean the designer, Ian the installation manager, and the fitters, Lee and his team were fantastic to work with.

The experience we received from Rob in the showroom designing our kitchen was first class. He has been nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. The installation team lead by Ian has been excellent. Alan and Peter fitted our kitchen and were not only super professional but really took pride in making sure the install was to the highest standard. They really do ensure that everything is absolutely perfect. Let’s face it Poggenphol is never the cheapest but our overall expectation has been exceeded. Thank you.

Exceptionally poor design,Poor fitting and poor Customer service.
They are not made to order they are poorly adapted on site.
Guarantees are worth nothing.
The design was wrong and did not fit leaving me with no outside extraction. To top it all the shelves are falling apart . No one wanted to help.

We cannot fault the service we have received from Poggenpohl which was patiently overseen by Robert Bell. Not surprisingly our build was delayed throughout 2020 but Poggenpohl took this in their stride. Robert, the Studio Manager has a fantastic eye for detail and we have loved working with him, his honesty, passion for his products and helpfulness have made our experience very enjoyable. We encountered a design issue with our build but with Robert and his colleague’s knowledge this was overcome with a better solution than suggested by our Architect. The installation guys, led by Ian, were also outstanding, we absolutely love our new kitchen and cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us.
