Yanka was outstanding. They went through every detail, nothing was too much trouble for her. I have a beautiful kitchen which works just like we planned. Awesome. Highly recommend Yanka and Howden’s quality.

Sold me wrong doors admitted to selling me wrong doors as well. But didn’t want to do anything to sort it out. There are many cheaper and better places than this place. CUSTOMER SEVICE WORST. Rude manager. Staff laugh at you if you have a complain. I tried to refund a door. I will never use this branch again.

P:s I already tried to contact you and explained everything. But I was told I should go to trading standards as no one believes me and told me that I am lieng.

Poor service, no time for quality control and terrible communication. No need for this shop I’m sure howdens is a company that focuses on making customers happy but the staff here have truly disappointed me. The items sold to me were wrong and they admitted to it aswell. Falsely accused me of damaging the item when I tried to return them aswelll. I feel robbed and deserve a compensation.

This depo is a waste of space. Useless and rude staff, manager even worse and no customer service skills from any staff. Everyone is ready to laugh and talk behind your back while your standing there.

Wont be using howdens again. BENCHMARX IS BETTER. WREN KITCHENs. The customer service for howdens is by the worst people to talk to if you have a problem.

Bought a couple kitchen appliances and somehow they all managed to come broken or damaged. When I tried to get a refund they had the cheek to say I broke them all! They began blaming the delivery company instead and now will refuse to give me a refund.

Will be taking this further with them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The branch was super, super busy. I guess it was because another supplier nearby was having logistics issue and all customers all shifted to Howdens. I did feel it was hard to reach staff and get responses at the beginning. However, when something went wrong, they were there to help the customers!!! My hob purchased from Howdens was installed and then found leaking when trying to get a gas certificate for landlord. According to the protocol, Howdens was supposed to send an gas engineer to check and then decide to repair or replace. It would take a few days. I couldn't wait so long as my tenants would move in the next day. The manager "bent the rule" and gave me a new hob to install first and refund me when I brought the faulty hob back. My tenants moved in on time! Hooray!! When I visited the branch, I noticed they worked very hard. The store was supposed to close at 5pm, but the staff were still having a meeting after 5pm. The manager even sent me an email around 9pm. I have to say Howdens Merton is reliable and trustworthy among the unusual demands at the moment.

Everyone at Howdens Merton has been most helpful.
Ami, the kitchen designer, has been phenomenal. She worked with me to resolve my concerns. She gave me good feedback on what's important in a galley kitchen and helped me think through where I wanted what, in my new kitchen. She had lots of practical tips to share as well.
Once I decided upon the kitchen, she came back, once the kitchen was gutted, remeasured to confirm, we had it right. Plus, she took my builder through my kitchen plan step by step, to ensure he was in sync with the kitchen units/appliances that would be ordered and where each unit would go in the kitchen.
My kitchen arrived today, so I'll come back and write a review about the kitchen itself.
