TQL Kitchens

I had bought a kitchen from TQL over 7 months ago. It has been fantastic so far! After our first design appointment, I knew it was the company I wanted to go with. Our designer, Darren, was very friendly and family orientated. He treated us as if we were his own. He managed to sort us out an amazing gloss white kitchen with granite surfaces for an amazing price! The fitting was done quickly with no issues. Very very pleased with this company! We even received a bottle of champagne from the director as the last week the kitchen finished was me and my wife’s anniversary! Really happy! Would definitely reccomend to everyone looking for a kitchen!

I have been doing a lot of house renovations and work at my new property I bought last year in June. After completing my garage conversion; in which extended my kitchen, I was now looking to update and improve my kitchen. I was recommended to TQL kitchens by my brother in law who had just had his completed. I put forward and inquiry and by the next morning I was already booked into their dairy and had a designer pop over to assess the property. The designer who came to the property, Robbie, was very polite and professional. He had brought over surface and door samples which gave me a better idea of what I wanted for my kitchen, as well as doing a 3D plan. The project began 3 weeks later, which was rather smooth, except from 2 doors which were unfortunately forgotten in my order. I was on the phone to Eric and the doors were delivered within two days. This really helped as it was delivered before the whole kitchen was complete. I couldn't be happier with my kitchen and the service that was provided. They made sure I was satisfied and I even received a call from the director of the business to ensure everything was complete to my satisfaction.

I have just had my TQL kitchen fitted and am thrilled with it! Had them recommended to me and I must say they have not disappointed. From the moment I entered the showroom to design my kitchen through to the delivery everything has gone smoothly! I had already had the kitchen designed and I began going through it with Roby. Worked trough some of the design and altered some parts. They were in regular contact throughout and where there if I needed anything additional. The kitchen units, worktops etc themselves are good quality and were delivered without a scratch! The fitting went all according to plan and without a hitch. All in all good value for money! I would recommend TQL to all my friends, family and anyone who asks.

I am so happy I went for a kitchen with TQL over some of the other options we had! Me and my partner were looking for a kitchen for the last 2 months. After going through a few quotes and designs we had an appointment with TQL. They really blew us away. They were so realistic and easy to deal with. The design they had done for us was amazing and even better when finally completed. They kept in constant communication with us and kept us updated with what was to happen next in the whole process. After 3 weeks after our design appointment our kitchen was completed to perfection. I would definitely recommend TQL kitchens to anyone who is currently looking for one! A real family orientated business! Thank you for everything!!

the poorest customer service, I regret every day about buying our kitchen from them. The worktop just cracked even not after the year of use, we still expect them from 2018 to come and replace with a new one, how their technician advised, as there was no way of fixing it. We still expect the paperwork for the guarantee they had to give for our kitchen. There was not even a single area where there was no problems and delays. We purchased our kitchen in 2017, but it took months before we had all pieces in places. Would not recommend!

If only it weren’t for the delivery issues, it would have been a perfect run getting our kitchen fitted. We should have expected more delays from getting a precisely fitted quartz worktop for our kitchen, however, it has been very much worth the wait. The design was very easy to deal with and understand especially with the 3D design you did for us. Fitting was a breeze of fresh air; the boys worked relentlessly to get everything sorted as soon as possible. Fantastic work by the whole group.

When we first visited the TQL show room in Crouch end, the staff were very helpful and naturally very pleasant to deal with. We subsequently made an appointment for kitchen design, we met with Zahir who was very knowledgeable about kitchen designs and products. He helped us to get the design that was perfect for us. He managed to sort out our dates for fitting and deliveries at times that suited us. We never felt as if it was impairing our normal schedules. Delivery arrived on time along with the fitters who were amazing and so funny. They did a fantastic job fitting the entire kitchen and sorted out a few problems in our kitchen we had no idea of. Our new kitchen is exactly what we wanted thanks to the entire team.

This company is a big fraud. I spent thousands of £s on my kitchen in 2018. The kitchen started falling apart immediately. Wine cooler never worked, supplied wrong cabinets and wrong extractor., wrong tap etc. The owner Chris persuaded me to remove the bad review as they have been speaking to all their aggrieved clients. I did , the kitchen started falling apart one by one. I have called Chris several times and every time, he always assure me that he will send me someone to fit the taps, change the wine cooler, and the cabinets doors.
