I turned up today at 4pm and there was a sign on the door saying they were open until 5. I knocked on the door (I was anticipating spending a lot of money) and a woman came to the door and said "haven't you seen the website - we are closed for xmas" - her face looked like I was the stupidest person in the world. "No", I said "and the door says you are open until 5pm". The woman just looked at me and slowly closed the door. I'll email the company and let them know about who is representing them and how they treat customers.

Good service, superbly made product. Fitting super simple if you have a perfectly flat floor, staff very happy to help mid-install, better on phone than email. Highly recommend.

Amazing service and a very good quality product. The birch ply carcasses and solid wood frames offer longevity together with iconic aesthetic. There’s no better product at this price bracket. All the staff were very friendly and super helpful, highly recommend.

Our kitchen has just been installed, absolutely love it so glad we spent a little bit more on what is a much more traditional, quality product.
