My wife and I couldn't recommend Caroline and the Harvey Jones team more. The design service offered by Caroline was exceptional and her knowledge and expertise has helped us to realise our dream kitchen. It was a fantastic experience working with Caroline on the design features and she was very patient with us as we changed our minds repeatedly and directly contradicted ourselves on even the simplest decision from one meeting to the next! The kitchen has only been installed a matter of weeks, but needless to say we're over the moon.

The service from everyone we encountered was first class from start to finish, and each tradesman gave us such peace of mind with their demeanour and the exceptional quality of their work. Particular thanks to Gary for fitting the kitchen with such precision and attention to detail, and to Peter for painting it like it so flawlessly.

We're looking forward to many years of happy cooking (and drinking) in our kitchen and that's all thanks to Harvey Jones. We wouldn't change a thing.

From design through to installation Harvey Jones have been fantastic, The kitchen itself is the best quality I have seen and Amy who dealt with our project was always on hand and was a pleasure to work with. We had a great experience with Harvey Jones and with our designer, Amy, in particular. She really went above and beyond to help us with our design and installation (even though we were having a nightmare with our builders/timelines etc.) The fitter (Gary) and painter (Sophie) were also excellent and we are thrilled with the result.
HJ isn't the cheapest but we went to a lot of kitchen designers and they definitely provide (in my opinion) value for money with the quality and thought that goes into it all.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Jones to anyone. The kitchens are high quality and the overall process is professional and a great deal of care and time is taken to get the details just right. Amy Young designed our kitchen and she was fantastic, creative and showed a real eye for detail. Amy was also very patient with us as we chopped and changed things a number of times leading up to the final sign off meeting. Amy went above and beyond what we could have expected.

The fitter (Garry) was extremely professional and very experienced and the quality of fitting is excellent. We did not meet the painter but the finish is beautiful.

We should also mention that Harvey Jones (and Amy in particular) were very accommodating, working around our very unprofessional and unreliable builders!

Amy designed our kitchen for us. She showed excitement and commitment from our very first meeting.

We had the pleasure to design our new kitchen with the lovely Amy Young in the Chislehurst showroom. She was very professional, listened to our needs and came up with the perfect setup. She was very responsive to email and followed the project all along. We absolutely love our kitchen.

Excellent product and really superb care from the team. Amy in particular "held our hand" through the process to really deliver the kitchen of our dreams. Certainly not the cheapest, nor the most expensive but phenomenal customer experience. No hesitation in recommending.
