Farooq did a excellent job in designing and coordinating my perfect kitchen. His professionalism and attitude was 10/10. The finish product came out even better then I thought and quality of the kitchen is of the highest standards. I cannot recommend Nova enough, thank you!

We considered all the usual places like Wren, Wickes and Howdens when looking for a new kitchen but went with Nova in the end and glad that we did. Excellent customer service from everyone we dealt with all the way through, a top-quality kitchen fitted and finished off beautifully and the handful of minor issues which did crop up were all sorted without delay. We had a great experience with Nova Kitchens for our open plan kitchen and utility room! So glad we came here on the off chance before signing to go with another major kitchen retailer. With Nova Kitchens we got a lot more for our money. There are a lot of choices and the service is very friendly and second to none. Any issues were dealt with promptly. We had Farooq who helped us design our kitchen and it came out exactly how I visualised it! Farooq also worked hard to source the best top of the range Siemens products which we are really impressed with.

The quality of care, communication, attention to detail - not to mention the finished product! - has been absolutely outstanding. There were obvious delays with appliances, through no fault of Nova; however, they worked tirelessly to keep us updated on progress and even managed to secure the remaining appliances earlier than expected. Farooq was amazing! He is such a lovely guy, a pleasure to work with. We wanted a kitchen that was practical and functional but also a multi-purpose living space. Nova Kitchen Studio are a fantastic bespoke company who really do deliver and go out of their way to ensure that you do get a kitchen to your exact specification and at an affordable price. My husband and I carried out a full refurb to our home and wanted a modern stylish kitchen. We had visited several high street brands and were less than impressed with the ranges on offer and the exorbitant costs quoted. We were recommended to contact Farooq at Nova and he was exemplary from start to finish in helping us realize what we wanted and what we could achieve from a new kitchen in terms of functionality and budget. From our initial visit to the showroom to attending our home, answering all the questions we had, choosing appliances and managing the delivery process, we have a beautiful installed kitchen. It’s been a month I had been using new kitchen and everything works fine. Farooq, Ash and Kamil, everyone of them easily accessible and helped a lot from design to fitting. I was in confusion initially go with wren due to financial benefits etc, but later went with them because of their expertise in design to fitting that gave me feel that Kitchen is in safe hands with Bespoke needs. I will definitely recommend them.

Farooq at Nova Kitchens is very knowledgeable about their range (mid to high end predominantly) and also arranged installs, and sourced all our electrical items to a very high spec and at a fair and competitive cost.
Farooq’s greatest quality is he is very personable and consultative - you never feel you are being sold to, and that’s genuine I believe. He cares that you get what you need, now what he thinks you should get!
