We are absolutely thrilled with our new fitted kitchen It is even better than our expectations, it is stunning, we have had so many compliments. We were so happy with the kitchen we also ordered some fitted wardrobes which ate also of excellent quality. Steve is an absolute star, nothing was too much trouble, he always kept us informed at all stages of the design, delivery and fit. He always answered his telephone when we called him or phoned us back as soon as he was able too if he was busy. He gave excellent advice during the design process and supplied an excellent fitter Darren.
We absolutely recommend Kitchen People for suppling excellent kitchen and bedroom furniture and appliances and first class service.

Kitchen People - brand new German kitchen newly commissioned at my property from design to order to installation. I have to report excellence at every phase:

Design - accuracy, fantastic attention to detail from both practical and vitally important cosmetic angles. Lightning fast drawings, quotations and inevitable adjustments. Sound open practical advice to achieve the best possible solution for cost v quality wrapped inside a ‘wow’ factor was something I particularly valued.

Order - placed promptly and shipping and installation timeline given. Again all was found to be accurate.

Installation - experienced kitchen fitters engaged who KNOW German kitchens and KNOW what they are doing!

In summary. I have a fantastic German kitchen designed and installed by PROFESSIONALS. It is modern, QUALITY and keenly priced. I have done the exhaustive leg work searching all the others - Mansfield, Nottingham, Derby and Sheffield and for me the rounded article is with Steve at Kitchen People. So save your time and cut to the chase - stretch Steve with your dreams - you’ll be pleased at the end result and he’ll not let you down!!!!

We had kitchen and fitting from this company . I’m not gong to rant about this company I’ll just give the problems we had with them .start date 2nov 2020 , at 9-30 no fitters ,we rang was assured they would be coming ,rang again 13-30 ,assured again they would arrive .fitters turned up day later .worked well for 3days then didn’t turn up Friday .Fitters nor shop informed us .dishwasher & washing machine not what I ordered .told fitter not to fit washer as it wasn’t what I wanted .shop changed this but still not what was ordered .ordered narrow worktop but got standard ( husband didn’t want to complain just wanted job done) Wall units hit the ceiling when opened . One door didn’t close .sink unit not what I wanted or what’s on plan .we were left to remove all plastic coating including pulling American f/f out to remove from sides panels Live electric box left with no cover .wrong chimney for extractor fan ,makers sent me right one ,when removed the tubing just came away ,instead of being fitted with clip or allimnium tape it was joined with masking tape ! Chip on one door cupboard .I emailed James about the faults and asked why he didn’t come & look at what I was complaining about ,he asked for photos of cupboard door which I sent ,this was on Friday 18 Dec 2020 ,he told me fitters would be in touch next wk . That’s the last we heard from him or fitters .we went to shop so that we wouldn’t have bother dealing with workmen etc and that it would be finished quickly and to a good standard .we paid over £16,000 ,£3,000 was for fitting . We made the big mistake of paying a deposit then on final order was asked for the balance which I really regret doing .we have no contract ,no guarantees on units or fitting ,and no certificate for electrics .we have just paid a joiner to come and rectify the numerous faults left by this firm .there are other things but I hope I’ve put enough for you to think twice about this firm .I can also give you name of fitters that they subcontract to ,and I also have lots of photos & saved.
