Absolutely no after sales service!
My elderly mum had wardrobes fitted last year. A few months after installation she noticed a fault with one of the drawers. I have contacted Images 5 times, visiting the store and by telephone, on each occasion I've been told that the installation manager would call me back, I'm still waiting for the call! Not acceptable! They were quick to call back when they were waiting for the order, shame the after sales lets them down. The product is okay but I'd never use them again.

So pleased with my fitted dressing room. The installation guys were great and so efficient! The room was left clean and tidy and everything is perfect! The drawing/plan they provided has come to life! It’s Exactly as I imagined it and everything I ever wanted! Thank you so much! 😊

I’ve given 3 stars because i have used this business before for my main bedroom and they did a fantastic job. So this time round we wanted our other 2 bedrooms refitted, our main bedroom still looks elegant (5 years later).

Went in and all good, appointment made etc, lady turned up to measure up etc on the appointment day still a great experience as it was first time around.

Now it goes downhill as we make an appointment to come in, finalise design and pay deposit. We arrive 15 minutes before our appointment and there is no sign of the lady who was sorting it all. We speak to someone else and it seems the lady has left her role and not passed on everything.

I gave Images the benefit of doubt here and understand people change jobs and things become a mess. They found the designs but wanted to re-measure which was fine so arranged another visit. On the day of the visit we get a phone call to say the designer has fallen ill and they won’t be able to come out for a month.

At this point i decided to check elsewhere and said I would come back if I don’t find anything. In the end, ive gone with a competitor and they were £4k cheaper for the same setup and where able to offer more in colours. Unfortunately images lost a customer but glad I’ve found someone just as good but much better pricing.

My wife an I have used this company twice now for fitted wardrobes and the service we received has been second to none. Damian is so polite and helpful and came up with some fantastic ideas for how the wardrobes would fit into our unusually shaped bedroom. He's a great listener and comes up with ideas that suited our needs. The guys that fitted were prompt, polite and worked hard to fit them in next to no time. If you've had a quote from the likes of sharpes then get images around! They're just as good, for half the price. Well done Images on a great job.

Very happy with our fitted wardrobes great price and excellent service, they also did a few extras, (bedside cabinet and dressing table) would definitely recommend and use again 😀

My wife and I called into Images factory showroom at Saltney yesterday, to view both the bedroom and kitchen ranges for our new home, whilst there was some really impressive display units on show the attitude of the sales staff was truly appallingly rude, not one of these ignorant people asked if we needed help or greeted us on our arrival, they ignored us as though we simply didn't exist, even the staff who were walking around the showroom failed to acknowledge our presence! We left totally dismayed and went to a rival company today who greeted us delightfully on our arrival, offered us all the help we needed, answered all our questions, thanked us for our visit and even gave us a useful complimentary gift on our departure!! Images certainly aren't worthy of good custom, they just didn't care about customer care!! These are hard economic times, and to shun customers in the way Images do is huge commercial blunder!! 1* rating reluctantly given for a truly horrible experience and precious time wasted!

We have now just scheduled our 3rd fit with this company,
We are so happy with the fit, the guys have done an amazing job and the quality from the first stage of planning to the final finish was superb and fantastic value for money .
Their customer service is second to none and they go out of their way to help .
We will continue to use Images and eventually have them fit our kitchen .
I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for fitted wardrobes .

The experience I have had with Images has been professional from start to finish. They listened to all I was trying to achieve within the space I had. Installation was carried out to the highest standard. The whole experience was easy from start to finish. I would not hesitate in recommending Images to any one at all!
