This firm put customers at the forefront of everything they do.

They provide a brilliant after sales service, they are polite, organised, helpful and will do their utmost to make sure you are entirely happy with your product.

This company was recommended to us by a work colleague, and I have to say they didn't disappoint. We'd been to another company first and after 3 weeks were given a rough price guide and no plans, so we looked elsewhere and came to Ability. What a fantastic decision! From the first visit we were impressed. Kieren was fantastic from the outset, listening to what we wanted, then suggesting things we hadn't thought about. We received a plan and detailed costings within two days of our visit, and from then on it was so easy! Ian (kitchen fitter) and Kieren came out to check measure and discuss any potential issues prior to fitting, and Ian took great care when fitting the kitchen, and it is stunning! We couldn't be happier. The quality is brilliant, and yes, we could've gone elsewhere and paid less, but it was worth every penny and the customer service is excellent!
