I have just had my bathroom and cloakroom totally updated to fresh and modern. Tim who fitted it all was a sheer pleasure to have in your home completing the work to a high standard and kept the mess down to the minimum. He worked for 3 weeks ,2 of which I just left him too it whilst I went away. He was reliable and honest. Very glad I went with this company and would recommend to any one. Took me a long time to decide on this company having trawled through Wickes, Bathstore etc.

A really good experience - such a helpful designer. Much better than the multi-nationals. Fantastic range of colours styles & finishes with a "can do" attitude. Looking forward to the home/site visit and, hopefully, placing an order. Well done.

Total time wasters, called them at 11:28am today to get a quote for a fittings part, had all the right details etc. I had to chase them up 2.28pm, their representative then claimed their supplier, Claygate, use a diffferent product code, which was not true, later it transpires that never did contact Claygate. Would I recommend this merchant to anyone? A big fat NO!

My clients original bathroom installers ceased trading 10 years, this explains my course action

If your own supplier as stated you have access to their entire catalogue, why would now claim you don't supply it?

Claygate confirmed you never contacted them regarding my enquiry, let alone your nonsense of using different product codes

After having poor experiences with poor advice and design from other kitchen studios / suppliers, we found Swans via an internet search. Absolutely thrilled that we did! We have been very impressed with the service we received from Swans of Gravesend, from our initial enquiry right up to after the installation. Having never had major works like this done before, we were pleased with how any concerns we had were dealt with. The process was made so much easier with the professionalism of all the staff, from the bathroom designer through to the fitter. We must give a special mention to Simon, who installed the bathroom - he went above and beyond, to ensure that every little detail of the fitting was perfect. A big thank you to everyone at Swans.
