The Kitchen Depot, Oxford

Getting a new kitchen is no small event in your life. It’s really quite scary. But we walked into The Kitchen Depot with an idea of what we wanted, and walked out knowing we’d made the right choice with TKD. Lovely Amy did the most important thing – she listened. And she came up with a brilliant design. When she went on maternity leave there was a seamless handover to the equally lovely Sarah. Seamless because they all know what’s going on. They communicate. It’s a wonderful team, led by Chris, and you can safely put your complete trust in them.
The design was still developing during installation, with the “What about…” and “Would it work if we…”. Seeds of ideas became “Of course, we can do that.” So we had a bespoke under-stairs cupboard, and free-standing appliances hidden away. I can’t ignore the fact that we had an amazing installer in Trevor aka ‘Treasure’. Like everyone else in the team, nothing was too much trouble, and he went beyond what was expected. He did the whole installation single-handed, including the flooring and porcelain skirting.
I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend The Kitchen Depot Oxford.

The only way I can begin to describe our new kitchen and utility room, supplied by Kitchen Depot of Oxford and installed by its contractor’s team, is magnificent. The design was a combined effort between Kitchen Depot’s Anthony and me and with great patience he modified it repeatedly to meet my exacting requirements. The installers then did a tremendous job making recommendations and adjustments to enhance features. Snagging has been minor and the attention to detail and customer service cannot be faulted. A few minor hiccups along the way mainly due to extended delivery of appliances outside of Kitchen Depot’s control but the supplier lent us new temporary appliances to ensure Kitchen Depot could finish the job. We are delighted with the end result. Now enjoying a wonderful cooking environment and experience.”

We chose The Kitchen Depot over other kitchen suppliers as we liked the personal touch that Sarah and the team gave. We must commend Sarah on the time she spent with us planning our kitchen – I think it was around 8 hours in total! We were unsure what we wanted but with Sarah’s help we looked at all the options and eventually came up with a style and design we liked. Sarah was very helpful in providing advice on finishes, materials, design etc, and coordinated everything - from the delivery of the units to arranging for the worktop suppliers to come and take a template and then finally come and fit it. We used our own fitter who found the units easy to fit. We are very pleased with the end result and are enjoying showing it off to family and friends.

Tea was amazing at designing and coordinating our kitchen renovation, it was a huge transformation and I can’t imagine getting a better kitchen from anywhere else. We had full confidence in Tea from the start, she made the project go smoothly and every detail was thought out. She kept our rather tight budget in mind throughout and we are so happy with our new space! Thank you Tea! 😁

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. The service from everyone at Kitchen Depot was superb throughout, especially Tea who looked after us from start to finish. The team definitely go above and beyond, and Tea’s patience with our multiple design changes and frequent calls to rethink things was exemplary. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic, the recommended fitter was superb and coupled with the personal service from a local business, we would 100% recommend going with Kitchen Depot rather than any of the bigger national brands. We had initial quotes and designs from several competitors and found Kitchen Depot to be honest with what would work (rather than selling us a dream that wouldn’t fit or suit our space), up front with costs and quick to sort any snags and questions as the process progressed. Tea’s colleague Sarah, popped in a few times on her days off to check how things were progressing and drop bits off as she was local to us – can’t ask for more. Thank you all, we love it.

Excellent Service.
All big projects have a few niggles, it is the way they are dealt with that makes the difference. A kitchen install is a pretty big thing. The care and attention offered and the engagement with 3rd party suppliers made all the difference to give is a great experience. I would thoroughly recommend!

From the initial meeting with Anthony looking round the show room to completion we have been very impressed with the Kitchen Depot Oxford. The fitter they organised (Paul) was excellent and made it all come to reality. Nothing was too much trouble for both of them.
