Ashford Kitchens is a gem and we are delighted we found them. From the first time we walked into the showroom in Ashford to the customer service after installation, we have always received a prompt and polite service. Scott was extremely patient with us and all the changes and tweeks we made to his design. Paul who did the installation was superb and is incredibly skilled. We are thrilled with our kitchen and are still beaming every time we walk in to the room ... is this really OUR kitchen? Thank you so much to the team - you have all been brilliant.

Very good service from the team at Ashford Kitchens, right from the initial contact. We benefited from a very thorough process including an in-store visit, home visit, and a visit back to the store to view the drawings. At the design phase, all of our requests were well-considered and we now have the kitchen we wanted! The fitting was an excellent experience, and the teams who came to the house were all professional and friendly. Most importantly, they all knew what they were doing and the finish, as a result, is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Ashford Kitchens.

I was very impressed with the service offered by the whole team at Ashford Kitchens right from the design stage through to the installation and completion of the kitchen. There were a couple of issues outside of the control of the company but these were dealt with and resolved quickly. I'm delighted with my new kitchen and I can't speak highly enough about Ashford Kitchens.

We recently had a beautiful kitchen fitted by Ashford Kitchens and I can not recommend them enough. From the moment we met Scott he knew exactly what we wanted and designed our kitchen exactly to the specifications we had asked for. The fitters were excellent and the whole experience of choosing our kitchen to getting it fitted could not have been better.

So glad I chose Ashford Kitchens & Interiors to do our bedroom furniture. Their customer service is first class. I was kept informed every step of the way, the fitter was reliable and considerate and arrived when he was supposed to! A few minor snags were rectified with no hassle, and quickly.
Very happy with the finished products, I have only good things to say about this company and would highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd kitchen we have had designed and fitted by Ashford, which goes some way to indicating how happy we were originally and are now. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and it is all we hoped it would be and more! In the interests of a balanced review, we had to wait longer than desired for some of our appliances, however this was highlighted to us up front, was due to a global shortage of components and we were provided with a temporary oven as a stop gap. There were also a couple of small design issues that only came to light during the installation, but as soon as we flagged the issues (which were simply cosmetic) solutions were suggested and implemented to our complete satisfaction. Finally there were a couple of incorrect items that were delivered, but again as soon as these were identified, replacements were shipped out. Communication was superb throughout the whole process and the WhatsApp group that is setup that the whole team participate in is a great idea. 5 star personalised service which we wouldn't hesitate to recommending to anyone. Our New kitchen from Ashford is a fantastic build and their service is excellent. Right from design, through to delivery, fitting and handover, the team at Ashford demonstrated high level of know how and provided diligent support. Highly recommended.
