From the moment I stepped into the showroom in Honiton and met Carole, Harvey and Wade were friendly, polite, professional and flexible. The design work by Claire was excellent and incorporated all of our own wishes and in addition incorporated creative solutions to address some of the historic challenges in both the kitchen and utility rooms in our old house. We enjoyed the collaborative approach to adjust and finalise the plans in what were quite challenging spaces. Carole acted as Project Manager and kept us informed at every stage of the process from beginning to end and made us feel valued.
The contractors used were prompt, polite, tidy and highly skilled. Neill, Kevin and Jason all worked hard and to a high standard. Ian oversaw the fitting and other works and in addition the team all liaised with us at regular intervals to suggest and deal with any minor adjustments that might be appropriate. Due to the age of our property there were some unexpected problems but these were dealt with promptly and efficiently and we were always kept fully informed.
We are delighted with the final result and it has transformed both our kitchen and utility areas to make them simply amazing and wonderful spaces to be in.

We had a bespoke kitchen fitted by Harvey and Wade some 4 years ago. Throughout the design and installation process Carol, Ian and Claire were outstanding in all aspects of ensuring we got the right kitchen for our budget offering us guidance, advice and options throughout without pressure. Their expert kitchen fitters were professional and courteous installing to the highest standard supported by excellent project management and logistics planning. The kitchen was installed to time and on budget and remains as good as new. Of particular note Ian and Carol's commitment post installation has been excellent in that a couple of minor issues some years later were dealt with immediately and without question.

It is nearly seven years since we had our new kitchen installed, and it looks as good today as when it was first fitted. Nothing was too much trouble for them from the first approach we made, through to the planning and then the fitting. Last year, when we decided to have new cupboards in our utility room, we looked no further than Harvey and Wade again. I was about to go ahead and order a kitchen with a local kitchen company in Surrey however during a visit to Honiton, my husband liked what he saw when going past the Harvey and Wade showroom. It turned out to be the best decision we made! Personal service from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and we love our kitchen designed by Claire as do our friends and family who always comment on it.
