Howdens – Lichfield

All very efficient service, professional, knowledgable and friendly. Met Becky, their designer/planner, along with our builder to plan our kitchen. Forgot to say patient...we changed our mind a few times. They came up with plenty of alternatives until we got to final layout. Very pleased

Great branch of Howdens. Trade sales only but have displays for customers of trades people to look at. As with all Howdens branches they will design your customers kitchen provide plans and pictures, then sit down with your customer to go through the design. If you don’t have a tradesmen they will be able to assist in giving you some details of local fitters who you can contact. They also sell doors, ironmongery and other items.

Started off okay,then had some issues with a kitchen I ordered.Survey was done wrong.Staff had no interest in sorting out problems.Manager was rude and ignorant.Then tried to invoice me for the correct items I should have had in the first place.
I won't be using them again,will take my custom elsewhere.

Top class service from start to finish, Becki is an absolute credit to you guys and went above and beyond with all her help! She could learn the lads who work in Dudley a thing or two as all 3 of them need a lesson in customer service! Thanks Lichfield branch
