Fox Kitchens have recently designed, supplied & fitted my kitchen and the quality of the finished article is exceptional.

Customer service played a big part in deciding which company I would choose to supply my new kitchen and I have no regrets in choosing Fox Kitchens. Kevin showed real passion from start to end - he was genuinely interested in ensuring that we got the optimum kitchen in the space available, whilst remaining commercially competitive to other local and national kitchen suppliers.

A massive tick for me is that there was no hard sale from Fox Kitchens, and as a result I was able to review everything in my own time without feeling pressured to make a decision - a breath of fresh air compared to other suppliers I approached.

When looking for a kitchen we were recommended Fox kitchens by a friend. I’m so glad we were.

We had so many ideas about what we wanted which made it hard to make any decisions, especially when it was only a small space that we had to work with. We visited the showroom and Kev made a visual design to help us see what our ideas would look like with the space we had.

He amended the plan as we looked at different things in the showroom and the brochures that were there. This really helped as we saw the kitchen being put together as we made decisions.

Kev visited our house to get the measurements so he could finalise the kitchen design. He provided professional guidance and suggestions along the way to best utilise the small space we had.

We were really happy with the service as when the first lockdown happened, were were kept in constant contact with updates and reassurance. When we were given the green light to get the kitchen delivered, Alex contacted us to arrange this.

Alex was professional and extremely mindful of the restrictions that were in place at the time. As I was working from home I was notified of any times that he may need to make a lot of noise when fitting the kitchen.

The quality and the finish of the kitchen is to a very high standard and is exactly what we planned and was looking for.

Alex went over and above and made use of the spare materials to make a bespoke shelf in one of the units. This works as extra storage which was a priority for us.

We have just had our new kitchen installed by Fox Kitchens who are based in Settle. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished results and cannot quite believe how it has transformed our small outdated kitchen in to a bright and very practical modern space. The whole process through design, planning and installation was very well managed and Kevin and Craig were always responsive to our wants and needs in respect of how the kitchen needed to work for us. Kevin and Craig are highly skilled joiners and kitchen fitters with additional skills in construction (building work undertaken as part of the installation) and coordinating work with other allied trades (plasterer/electrician). This meant we received a "one stop shop" for all the work involved so we didn't have to worry about contacting additional contractors. We felt that Fox Kitchens gave us a truly personal service above and beyond that which we have received in the past from larger companies. Kevin and Craig's commitment to customer service is second to none, they worked extremely hard to ensure that we had the kitchen that we have always wanted. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Fox kitchens to anyone who wants a 'high end' kitchen at a comparable price with excellent customer service.

You can really tell this is a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Fox Kitchens is run by a Joiner, so your design and installation is done by a joiner, rather than a kitchen fitter, therefore our kitchen could be bespoke to our needs. The quality of the work and kitchen is excellent and we found their pricing competitive and very fair. The company are excellent at communicating and nothing is too much trouble. From design consultation to fitting the whole process happened quickly and to schedule. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Fox Kitchens.

Kev and the tradesmen who worked with him did an excellent job on our kitchen. It’s small but awkward and we wanted to retain some of the existing features. Fox Kitchens did a brilliant job in fitting out the kitchen and incorporating older features. The new units are excellent quality. We were also very impressed with the suppliers Fox used for work surfaces, they did a brilliant job of fitting into some awkward features.

The only issue we had was with the company supplying new equipment, cooker oven, extractor fan, hob and fridge. Their delivery service was truly appalling, delivering the wrong equipment and smashing a lampshade during one delivery.
But Kevin and Harriet managed to sort them out for us and even got us compensation for the damage they created.

We wanted to knock through a 20 year old kitchen into a sun room to make a kitchen living area.
From the first time we went into the Fox Kitchens showroom until the completion of the project, Harriet and Kev in particular, have been totally professional and provided a superb service which shows in the finished project.
Kev listened to our ideas, modified them where his experience told him they could be improved, consulted with us at each stage of the crucial planning process, and the resultant plans were spot on. The modifications were details we wouldn't have thought of, but the plans were exactly what we wanted. Harriet was most helpful in choosing the unit style and the worktops, and they were always conscious of our budget, but this did not compromise on quality. The Second Nature units and Antolini work surfaces are superbly built but at a reasonable price which is competitive with national companies. What sets Fox Kitchens apart, and why we would unreservedly recommend them, is the personal service, the attention to detail which they provided and the first class workmanship.
Kev, who is a joiner, coordinated the other trades, builder, electrician, plumber, worktop and decorator. They all were excellent tradespeople and totally professional. Kev also advised us on building regulations procedures and with the builder's expertise this was all completed very smoothly.
During the month long project, all the trades worked hard, efficiently and cleanly to transform what was a dark dull kitchen into a bright living kitchen which is stunning and which we absolutely love.
The builder, plasterer and electrician did an excellent job in completing the first fix, which nobody sees. Craig (who is also a joiner) and Kev's craftsmanship came to the fore when they fitted the kitchen and it is admired by everybody who has seen it.

Thank you Kev and your team for our fantastic new kitchen. From our first visit to the showroom to after care service everything has run smoothly and efficiently. Kev takes pride in his work and the end product speaks for itself, our new kitchen has been greatly admired by family and friends. Kev’s attention to detail is second to none from the original design to the installation. He is a skilled and experienced joiner by trade and this shows in his finished work.
