Wren Kitchens

The whole process of designing my kitchen through to the final product being installed was easy and stress free. The whole process was as quick as I wanted it to be from having the kitchen survey done the next day I was in store designing what I wanted and moving the process along. My delivery was due during the midst of covid 19 and the whole process was managed in a very safe manner and any concerns I had were answered and addressed.

We recently bought an Infinity Shaker 5 Piece Indigo kitchen from Wren. The process was flawless from start to finish. Friendly surveyor gave us few general tips. Our designer was very professional, experienced and helpful. We must have changed the style of kitchen at least four times with slight variations to the type of sink, hob, oven, handles etc. but our designer accommodated all those changes without hesitation and ensured promotional offers have all been applied. The kitchen was finally delivered by a friendly team who took good care when bringing things into the house. Our house is small, but the men used the space really well to stack things up so everything fitted in nicely. All appliances were price matched at the time of order with other major retailers, so we didn’t have to worry about paying over and above. We made savings by using our own fitter so I would highly recommend that you shop around to find a fitter. We love the way our kitchen looks now. I would recommend Wren.

I used wren kitchen to design and purchase my new kitchen. Emma never give up despite how difficult it was. Kitchen is quite tiny, she was managed to meet all of our requirements and get us a great deal and recommendations !! Can’t wait for the planning verification appointment and to install the kitchen.

After several revisions and a measure we finally got our kitchen out to us ready to fit. It was fitted and the day after we had a leak upstairs which caused the ceiling to collapse and water to damage the units which were to be measured for worktops the following day!
We had to reorder and obtain replacements for the entire kitchen and wren were quick to respond and get the bits out as we required them.
We had an issue a while into our use of the kitchen with one of the struts on the lifting units’ doors.
This was noted and replacements sent out so the issue was rectified swiftly.
Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the carcasses, finishes, and the customer service offered by wren.

The whole experience was amazing from the first visit from the surveyor how measured my kitchen to sitting with the Designer in Stevenage called Dan. Nothing was too much trouble and now the kitchen is installed it looks amazing.
The quality of the product far exceeded my expectations.
If you are after a new kitchen don’t hesitate and pop down to Wren. Even better if you go and see Dan in Stevenage.

Had my kitchen designed by Kevin Sallis from Wren in Stevenage and despite there being some awkward features and some walls that needed taking down at a later date they were able to work around all of this. The contact from the store and designer was good and always responded in a timely manner. The quality of the kitchen is really good and I’m really pleased with what I got at a price lower than I expected.

I would definitely recommend and any issues I did have were quickly resolved so overall I’m really happy with this.

At the start we were happy with Wren. The showroom and sales team were excellent. Friendly, professional and actually seemed to genuinely care. Unfortunately the problems came with the poor quality of both manufacturing and delivery. Out of 25 doors in our large kitchen, 18 were damaged on delivery and it has been over a month of painful back and forth of trying to get these replaced, some of which were also damaged and returned a second time. I'm disappointed with Wren, for a £20k+ large kitchen and appliances you would expect great things but we have been let down with the poor quality of workmanship. Like I said the people in the showroom were great, and even customer service have been good, but whoever is in charge of manufacturing and delivering this stuff needs a serious talking to. The only reason we'll get a decent finish is because of my fitter who is great and is pulling out all the stops to make the best of a poor production quality. Edit.. Wren have now put in quality control checks before delivery and so everything delivered to me recently has been fine.

We have recently used Dan Collinge at Wren, his knowledge and expertise were second to none and he listened to what we wanted but also helped point us in the right direction to get the best end result. We didn't use Wren fitters so cannot comment but I am impressed with the quality so far, a couple of doors were damaged on delivery but Dan arranged new ones within days. If you are looking for an expert in Kitchen design Dan is your man.
