Kitchen Ergonomics

Kitchen Ergonomics designed and fitted our kitchen in September 2020. From their initial design visit, through to the consultations, building work (wall removal) and fitting, they provided an exceptional service.

We were impressed with the customer service, project management and quality of the kitchen and appliances installed. Chris (kitchen designer) listened to our ideas and spent a lot of time helping us make design decisions, helping to find a kitchen that fit our budget but didn't compromise on style. Zunair (project manager) always got back to us promptly, was efficient, organised, kept things running smoothly. The team who fitted the kitchen worked extremely hard and were very professional with high quality of work.

I have never in all my days dealt with such a fantastic professional Company that Andy Ward and his team run. Everything was done to precision, Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 so that you knew exactly what was happening, even our Skip was picked up this morning on a Sat at 07.15am! Catherine the Secretary was Superb keeping me informed on almost a daily basis as to who would be arriving at my home and GEORGE (The fitter) was just AMAZING. The whole team ranging from Plumbers, Plasterers, Electrician's, 2 guys that delivered all the units, and ANDY, LEE SAM & STEVE nothing was ever too much trouble. I could name every single one of them. You just wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a kitchen and I would have no hesitation in recommending this AMAZING COMPANY!

Lovely office staff, kicthen fitters were fab and actually all staff were fab. Only gave 4 stars because they use Cawdor Stone Gallery for their worktops and we had terrible trouble with this company and had to get in Blue Pearl Granite Company to come and finish the worktops properly - who were fab btw. 👌

Recently we used Kitchen Ergonomics to design and install a new kitchen for us. Chris spent a great deal of time talking us through various options and the end design was perfect. The team were efficient and polite and we are really delighted with the result.

Due to Covid we experienced some delays but Zunair who checked in on us, always keeping us updated and helped to put us at ease. We would especially like to thank Andrew for the installation. The quality of work was fantastic with great attention to detail. Highly professional at all times, we could not be happier!

We also had two beautiful alcove units fitted that we are over the moon with and we will certainly be back with more projects in the future.

Great service and advice from Chris during the initial planning phase as well as useful advice on appliances. Leigh coordinates the fitting and ensured the process ran smoothly. The company also uses excellent & experienced fitters (Dave). Communication of the overall project was always fluid (Amanda) and we’re really pleased with the overall experience and result.

The product the company uses is of a good quality and we found it had a good range of colours to suit our needs. So far the functionality of the cabinets has been as expected although now a few years in, some door are showing some wear and tear, a bit earlier than I would’ve expected. I’d definitely still use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kitchen Ergonomics was also very helpful in fixing one cabinet damaged by fire.

Our experience with Kitchen Ergonomics was excellent from start to finish. We needed some bespoke bedroom furniture for an attic conversion and they designed and fitted a great storage solution for the whole room which we are delighted with. Great professionalism shown by the whole team, great quality and great after sales service. We would highly recommend.
