Just had a Wren Kitchen installed - amazed by the quality and all measurements and parts were spot on and not one issue (which I'm told is rare on a kitchen refit project!). Sina, who helped design the kitchen, was great and put up with me changing my mind many a time and was very professional and responsive. She was quite clearly very experience and knowledgeable in the design process.

Overall a really positive experience and would highly recommend Wren (particularly the Farnborough branch) to anyone!

We had a really great experience with Wren on what was a slightly complicated kitchen, in that we were buying and designing in Hampshire, yet installing in Devon. All was smooth and easy. It was a simple process start to finish. I would recommend and would use again.

He is patient, has a strong passion for his work and his customer service and after care is outstanding.

We had great service from Wren and the virtual reality is a great help with deciding a kitchen layout or colours. We we going have a two tone kitchen but decided we didn't like it when we looked at it in VR.

We've had our kitchen three years now with no issues. Yes they are more expensive than others but you get what you pay for and a kitchen is worth spending more on to get it right first time.

Nice kitchens, but I found the staff very intense. On arrival, we had one person stand in our way immediately, asking lots of questions even though we said we were there to browse. Said person then followed us around the shop, harassing us. Came across as very deperate and pressurising. If I were going to choose a Wren kitchen, I'd do it online.

Horrible experience. Once sale was done, they stopped taking phone calls to resolve issues. Agreed on some items which they refused to honour later as they omitted mentioning them on contract. Head office refuses to accept showroom employee commitments and promises. Employees also not helping and owning up to their mistakes. Don’t trust their words.
