Tekstone UK - Granite and Quartz Worktops

It is not surprising that Tekstone have so many 5* reviews! They gave us an excellent professional service from choosing the quartz to measuring and installing our worktops and splashbacks, and all at a very competitive price. Franks runs a dedicated team, with Leanne, Kieran and Travis (who did a fantastic job of cutting, and also showed me the process).
Would I recommend Tekstone - without a doubt!

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. We visited the workshop, where we were welcomed and given sound and straight forward advice. We chose the quartz worktop. The craftsman came and made the template as arranged and two other cheerful craftsmen arrived exactly as planned and fitted the finished work top to perfection. Very reasonable price. Can’t recommend the Team too highly.

Visited the showroom to look at different worktops available. Frank was very helpful and honest with his advice and helped us make the best decision. Leanne in the office kept us upto date with everything, and on the day of install the team turned up on time fitted everything perfectly . Would definately recommend this company.

My single story house extension suffered multiple delays due to a terrible builder who threatened me, left me with a lot of unfinished work and out of pocket!

I placed a deposit in October 2021 for a quartz worktop with Tekstone. Leanne stayed in regular contact via email or phone and even suggested trade persons to assist complete my extension. Fortunately I was able to secure a great builder (Boxall Builders Limited) who have really cracked on with the work the last few weeks and prepared the kitchen for the work top installation last week.

Travis visited my home to template who made small suggestions regarding any changes and the amount of overhang for the breakfast bar. A week later the installation was carried out and boy was it worth it!

After having no kitchen, running water or appliances since March 2021 to have somewhere to finally enjoy really has made a huge difference to me.

Tekstone were recommended to us by friends and we’re so pleased they were! Their quote was very competitive, but the standout accolade is their customer service. We met Frank at the workshop and I was immediately struck by his knowledge and honesty. He told us all about where they get their quartz from and how it’s made and was brilliant at helping us to decide what we needed. I didn’t meet Travis who came to do the templating but our builders (who are very experienced and have worked with many worktop companies over the years) were so impressed with him that they took Tekstone’s details to recommend them to future clients. And finally Leanne in the office was brilliantly helpful and friendly and did all that we asked of her and more. What a fantastic bunch!

Excellent service, quality and professionalism - would definitely use again and will recommend Tekstone to friends & neighbours. Initially we approached another firm to supply and install our new kitchen worktops. They had a wide range of different materials in stock but the sales staff were passive and we felt uncomfortable entrusting them with such a large investment. A neighbour recommended Tekstone so we went down to the factory and met the owner (Frank) who was engaged, positive and obviously well aware of client concerns and market trends. In short, we placed an order with Tekstone and have most definitely not been disappointed. The team of Frank, Travis and Leanne are at the top of their game and deliver what they promise. The worktops exceeded our expectations and we are delighted with them.

Leanne was very helpful from the first visit to the showroom, offering good advice on the best products for the look we were hoping to achieve and the price was more than reasonable compared to others we had received from competitors.
The installation team arrived bang on time and went about their work in a very professional manner, leaving everything clean and tidy on completion.
