Very helpfull staff went out of there way to help me very nice show room

Nice showroom, nice staff. Totally let down by a shambolic delivery of the product!

After care absolutely rubbish

Nice kitchens, but the impression we gained is that the salesman we spoke to had no appetite for selling them!
Training issue : understand there is something called competition out there!
If you are desperate for a Magnet Kitchen and can persuade the sales team at Farnborough to sell you one then good luck with that.

Showroom kitchen quality doesn't match what was received. Six months wait for some parts. Inaccurate invoicing. But nice staff dealing with the fallout of a newly bought out company.
