Fantastic bespoke kitchens. Skilfully designed and craftsman made to the highest standard. It would be rude to ask the price.

My wife and I have been extremely impressed with every aspect of what has been a 3 month project from start to finish. Names in particular I would like to commend are: Vicki McCarthy (Designer), Paul Frost (Field Installation Manager), Alan Adams (Sole Installer), Andras (Painter) and finally Ryan, Paul & Tony (Natural Stone Surfaces - Worktop installers). Everyone we have had contact with, both on the phone and in person, has been courteous, friendly, efficient and clearly very well trained). We are absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. Communication throughout, by everyone, was 'spot on'. Time keeping too was also 'tip top'. The 'Gold Medal Award' for both skill and perseverance in the most extreme heat has to go to Alan Adams (Installer). He was brilliant and very hard working, as well as being a thoroughly nice chap. "You get what you pay for" - a high cost, but a very high quality. Please ensure this feedback is passed to all those people named above. Thanks again to all concerned. We had a wonderful service from Tom Howley but unfortunately were unable to complete at this time. Lakshmi provided us with some excellent kitchen designs and solutions to a tricky layout. Having recently signed up to a Tom Howley kitchen, I thought a quick review of the experience so far was in order. We had spent the last few months looking at most of the usual suspects but couldn’t quite find what we were looking for in terms of the perfect combination of style, quality, colour and price. To be honest, we had never heard of Tom Howley (not having purchased a new kitchen for over 25 years!), but having spent far too much time looking at kitchens on the likes of Pinterest and Houzz etc, the one common factor that kept coming up in what caught our eye was the name ‘Tom Howley’! So, after a bit of research we ordered a brochure online and found there was a local showroom not too far from us and duly went for a look.

From the moment we walked through the door you could just tell that this place oozed quality. The Leamington showroom we visited was quite small and as you first walk in almost felt a bit intimidating as it seemed like you were walking into someone’s fantastic kitchen rather than a showroom, however the lovely staff there soon put us at ease. They only had two of their five ranges on display, but Lakshmi and Liz were very helpful in explaining their ranges and products without being at all pushy. Their knowledge of not just their own product range but also those of their preferred suppliers was second to none. We quickly established that there was another showroom less than an hour away that had all five ranges on display so decided to take a trip there too and again the staff were very helpful and it was useful to see all five ranges in one showroom rather than just looking through brochures or the Internet.

Two design visits later at the Leamington showroom and we were totally convinced that this was the kitchen for us despite the price! The initial design that Lakshmi did was close to perfect as she had listened carefully to our specific requirements, challenges and wants and tried to balance these with the products available within their range. Whilst there will be some further changes as we refine the detail I’m sure the team will work with us through every last minutiae until we get the prefect kitchen for us. Our only criticism of the their product range would be the lack of ‘smart’ storage solutions when compared with their competitors, and whilst we understand their reasons why they never want to compromise quality, this is an area where we feel they fall short and should think further about going forwards.

Tom Howley kitchens will never compete on price with the major suppliers that we are all familiar with, but if you are looking for something special and you can afford the top quality product that they have on offer, then they should be at the top of your list for consideration.

Looking forward to finalising the design and being able to spend many many years enjoying our fabulous new kitchen.
