Great up front service. Only one of 5 places to get back with a quote. Great service helping choose and design our kitchen. Unfortunately as soon as money was handed over thats were the care stopped. Hard to get hold of certain people. Fitters were not sent before start date as promised. This meant our kitchen was not properly prepared before hand. Wrong doors, few scratched doors, flooring not ordered and told we would have to wait 5 months for our order to be fulfilled. Luckily managed to swap for a similar flooring but still not ideal. The only saving grace was a Adam who works for andersons who took our issues on and the fitters that were supplied (Mike and Jim) have been very professional.

Bought and fitted from Anderson’s full kitchen. We have just had a kitchen fit from
Anderson’s from start to finish the shop staff and James the designer is amazing the fitter was fantastic fast on time communication amazing so happy I went to Anderson’s thank you I will be in with cakes biscuits

We recently had our kitchen designed by adam, he was really proffesional and patient, he came around to our house did us 3 designs and made sure we were happy with the choice. The kitchen was fully renovated from building work,electrics and fitting of the kitchen, we had no problems at all, the project was well managed and it wasnt long before we had a fantastic kitchen, christine was so helpful when we wanted to pick out new flooring she took the time to explain the difference types of flooring. Over all we had a fantastic experience and would recommend Andersons to any one, thanks to carl mcbain for the building work and Baz McLaughlin for fitting it amazing work from all .

This company is not worth recommending. From the same cheated by one of the sellers. We bought six doors to be made of oak. Already today, when pruning it turned out that they are cheap fakes made of soft wood. I warn potential customers to check what they ordered because the seller cannot tell the difference between oak doors and cheap molded doors. The quality is terrible. It is best to speak to an employee at Andersons Barrow in Furness

From start to finish the staff of Anderson's at Barrow especially Luanne have been fantastic in assisting us in having our dream kitchen including quartz worktops and combi quooker tap. The flooring department were also brilliant. Throughout the process nothing was too much trouble and always responded quickly to any questions, The whole team have helped to create a wonderful kitchen which we are over the moon with. Great fitter but poor after sales service when something goes wrong.
Bought flooring from Andersons but was not told there would be a cost payable to joiner who was going to fit the floor, also extra cost payable to electrician to install sockets etc.

We’ve recently had our kitchen renovated by Anderson’s Barrow and I cannot recommend them enough. James our kitchen designer was fantastic, his product knowledge and expertise was second to none. He has designed us our dream kitchen. All the staff were fantastic from start to finish, nothing was a problem and they went above and beyond to help us achieve our dream. Thank you!!!!
