Had a bedroom designed and fitted by which they were known as then princess kitchen and bedrooms . Less than 2 years later all the lamination is lifting off the doors. We have a 10 year guarantee which is worth nothing as they now want to charge to replace the doors. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great kitchen but unfortunately was marred with poor service during a troubled fit. Delays from the factory were at fault but didn't feel well managed and a 2 week install ended up being 3 and 1/2 with a need to come back at a later date.

Hi got a kitchen put in 2 years ago and i have had problem's with it like my dishwasher is broke and under my sink is leaking and my washer has gone and my cupboard door's are falling off and so are my door handle on cupboards are too i payed 8,000 it is on this kitchen and it is disgusting thank you x

My husband and I recently had our kitchen replaced by K and B creations and we are very happy with it, Robin was extremely helpful during the planning, he offered suggestions and ideas we wouldn’t otherwise thought of.
The team that did the fitting were all professional and any hitches were resolved quickly and satisfactory.
As for the cupboards and units, they are absolutely amazing quality. We would recommend this firm 100%.

I worked with Robin to design my kitchen pre lockdown and she was extremely knowledgeable and made some excellent design amendment suggestions to keep things within my budget but also managed to make room for some extras I didn’t think I could fit in such as a full size dishwasher and full height larder cupboard. Once lockdown lifted the team carried out all the work - from removing the old kitchen, screeding and laying the floor, all electrics and plumbing and fitting of the kitchen. The guys that carried out the work were all extremely professional, and again made some suggestions I hadn’t considered such a moving a radiator to allow my dining table to fit better and also ordering a custom dining table to match my quartz worktops. I wouldn’t let hesitate to recommend them, or use them again for any future projects.

Absolutely awful customer service- do not keep their word and are not responsive to calls. Promised us a kitchen ex-display. We secured with a deposit and offered to pay in full at the time which was refused. 6 weeks later we got a call saying they had sold it to someone else. They did not seem to understand our frustration and would not honour our purchase. I will not trust them again. Avoid!

This firm have done a kitchen and dressing room for us and have been excellent throughout. I highly recommend them.

We had our kitchen designed and installed by K&B Creations and were extremely pleased with the finished product. Their service was professional throughout and Robin designed us our dream kitchen. Would thoroughly recommend.
