I had my bathrooms done last year and things did not go smoothly as I expected. It took 6 weeks to complete 2 small bathrooms and they had lots of issues with fittings which as partly my fault I left the designing up to the owner. But I was disappointed with mix matched products. Year on I am started seeing issues with quality of the products (even though they are good brands) and the fittings even with a very usage. i.e. mould on the mould resistant sealant, leaking shower tray, rusting towel rails and rust where screws are being used etc.

Great service received from start to finish. We brought our kitchen from Cyprian a few months ago and I can honestly say, I am so so pleased with the kitchen and the quality. Cyprian was really helpful throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend Waterhouse Design if you are looking the purchase a kitchen.

Very professional, and good quality kitchen (as expected from a German designer kitchen). The fitters very friendly and knowledgable hence the quickness of the fitting. We came through recommendation and have already recomended to others!

We are very pleased with our new kitchen from Waterhouse Designs - Kitchen & Bathrooms. The company was recommended to us by our friends who also had a kitchen from them. Mr Cyprian the owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and created a kitchen to suit our needs. The quality of the design, kitchen units and workmanship are all excellent. I would absolutely recommend them.

Quite rude service. Cyprian came to measure, then we didn't hear from him for quite some time.
Yesterday someone else came to measure, and we had an appointment today to follow up. The other designer had already got into work early and drawn up designs, worked everything out, and basically blew us away, so we put down a deposit.
After not hearing from Cyprian for a week or so, he happened to call us about half an hour after we put down the deposit, and out of courtesy I answer to let him know immediately. He then spends a few minutes moaning at me that I should have told him sooner. I emphasised that it has literally just happened so that would be impossible. He then moans some more. I regret picking up the phone to him now
