Magnet Kitchens

Sorted out the finance for our new kitchen. Replacing a Magnet kitchen that is 18 years old, that has done us proud.

Nice kitchens, design not what we wanted.

So I am wanting my kitchen updated, booked a virtual design to which I then had an email a few days after it was supposed to happen to inform me that they don't actually do. Them on a Sunday which isn't displayed on their site, I then booked for a home visit for today, to which I have sat at home with my one day off waiting for no one to show up. I then called the show room to ask what was going to then have a really rude worker get argumentative with me, worst customer service ever do not use them.

Visited the Crawley Magnet branch 3 weeks ago, initial experience was very pleasant, nicely greeted by staff, and subsequently booked a design appointment for 2pm today. However this time upon arrival, no one to greet us, the staff that were present didn’t acknowledge us waiting. After 5 minutes, I enquired and was rudely informed by the member of staff who that there was no booking, that they were busy and we would need to contact them again to rebook. No apology, no offer to rebook at the time. Frustrating as it’s over an hour round drive just to visit, and as we had made child care arrangements to enable the appointment.

Lovely range of kitchens, colours, textures, finishes and designs. Excellent assistance from helpful accommodating staff guiding our decision on our plan for our kitchen. I would recommend them.

Diane @ Crawley depot has been amazing. She offered her opinion and opened my eyes to different options for the kitchen. I highly recommend Diane for her expertise.

We are absolutely delighted with our new Magnet kitchen! Marcus was very helpful in designing exactly what we wanted!
However, I firmly believe that the true test of a good company is the way any problems that arise are dealt with. Liam Piper the Branch Manager went above and beyond to rectify one little issue that we encountered and I can honestly say I have never received such incredible customer service! I would not hesitate to use Magnet, Crawley again and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
