Having had a new kitchen fitted by HKS 3 years before and being more than pleased with that, we decided upon a new bathroom and that to be fitted by HKS. Gary went through minute detail with us and gave us options over styles and prices. Nothing was too much trouble for him. My wife and decided we needed a new kitchen and trawled around all the usual suppliers. A friend suggested we should pay the Haywards Heath HKS showroom a visit where we met Gary and his assistant Amy. Gary quickly tuned into exactly what we needed and provided detailed specification and visual illustrations of what we would get within a few days.
Our decision made, the installation plan was handed over to Phil who would oversee the operation.
Everything was handled in an extremely professional way and installed to the predetermined timeline. A special mention of Dave the fitter, as he was methodical, clean and tidy and totally trustworthy.
We would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family when the need arises.

We selected HKS a few years ago to install a new kitchen for us, it was therefore a no brainer to select them for our new bathroom. Gary in the showroom was really helpful in developing our ideas and Phil's project management ensured that everything went smoothly. We chose HKS to replace our bathroom because Gary Sparks (senior designer / showroom manager) and his team offered us everything our search for quotes had shown us we needed:
- help from Gary to turn our ideas, including replacing the bath with a full length shower, into a sensible design that safely optimised and enhanced the space we had to work with;
- a dedicated installation manager, Phil Irwin, who, comprehensively, checked and double checked the plans and measurements before work started and oversaw the work as it progressed;
- experienced tradesmen (Brett and his team) who were organised for us back to back to minimise the overall timeframe, which was particularly important for us, having only one bathroom.

We now have a beautiful new shower room and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new bath/shower room to make sure they talk to HKS.

I just want to say a big thank you to Gary and the team at HKS for our fantastic new kitchen, utility and cloakroom. Gary really understood what we were after and quickly arrived at a final design that met our needs. He was full of great ideas and accommodated our various changes of mind throughout the project.

Fitting was delayed due to our son having Covid, but the team were incredibly accommodating and managed to reschedule in order to complete the entire installation before Christmas. The fitting was done to an incredibly high standard by Dave who was a pleasure to have in our home.

We would definitely recommend HKS.

We are very happy with our new kitchen! From the design with Gary to the project management with Phil everything was handled professionally and went very smoothly.
