I ordered a kitchen from SieMatic, via Mayfield in March of 2016. I chose a colour (3010 r90b) from their book of options. After a number of struggles with the kitchen build (including delays, leaking pipes, etc) my kitchen was installed--but it was very clearly not the correct colour. After 3 months of insisting it was correct, SieMatic came out, took one look and agreed it was wrong and promised to put in the right colour.

3 months later they installed---mostly the right colour. But some of the panels were very clearly the wrong colour. They said they'd just respray--but when you respray in isolation it never matches. They also insisted it was just one panel and that's what they resprayed--leaving the others in place. When they came and put in the resprayed one (the panel to the right that's much lighter) it was obvious that the one I kept insisting was also wrong was a different colour (the panel on the left that's more blue).

SieMatic came, tried to convince me it was just the light, did a scan and their own data showed that the main panel was the 3010 r90b, and the one I kept insisting was wrong was a whole different colour r80b. They refused to change that. It is a whole different colour, they have scans confirming it's a different colour but they refuse to fix. And the other one they say is 'in tolerance'. It looks different but they also refuse to fix--I get a 'tolerance' if everything is the same tolerance but I was stuck with 3 different colours in one kitchen, it took over a year and it was a terrible experience. They never apologised, blamed the fitter for the colour (huh?) and were extremely defensive. I literally had to speak with a graffiti artist who recommended custom spray paint manufacturers and had custom spray paint made, hired a contractor and had to respray the panels with spray paint. Not what you'd expect from an expensive kitchen, huh?

These photos are accurate and unfiltered. The panel on the left before spray painting it myself is 3010 r80b by their own admission, the middle is the correct r90b and the right is the resprayed one before I spray painted myself.

For the money I'd go somewhere else. This wasn't a cheap kitchen and I expected at the very least to get what I paid and contracted for. If you do want to stay with SieMatic, insist on everything in writing, and refuse to pay the balance until installation is complete. But honestly, I would never buy from again nor recommend. The owner keeps flagging this review to try to get it removed, but this is a true and accurate reflection of my experience.

Bought from Siematic hoping and wishing it would be my dream kitchen...however this was not the case as they delayed the fitting, and then after chasing them for 2 months they finally came and fitted in the kitchen. Not 100% finished till this day, still one cupboard left for fitting.

Even so the fitting is not of the greatest standard, it is so clear that there is a difference in the alignment of the cupboards- making it look out of place!

Moreover, I am still chasing them and they haven't come back, they haven't replied to my messages, making me feel like they don't care about customer satisfaction.

I am appalled by the lack of professional service given....definitely not worth the amount of money I have spent on this.

Do not reccomend this shop, unfortunately.
