Fantastic! Nelson is a hero. He patiently worked with us to design our dream kitchen and we couldn't be happier. We researched a lot of other kitchen suppliers but none came close to Wren's quality, service and prices. Wren's state of the art CAD modelling software, VR tours and variety of kitchen products meant we were able to creatively solve any problem during the design process, stay within budget and create a unique kitchen that matched our needs. Once we had designed our kitchen, Nelson was still on hand to ensure delivery was on time and that we were getting the 5 star experience! Really appreciate all your help, Nelson. Thanks again!

Wren's provided amazing customer service, from the initial contact when they sent a technician to our home to measure the kitchen space, through the several great interactions with the designer (Nilson in our case was incredibly helpful), to logistics and customer services. I had a great experience overall and can't recommend them enough. Really pleased with my new kitchen! The pictures are from my new kitchen which was installed recently.

We were looking for a company to buy our new kitchen from. We narrowed it down to Howdens or Wren. We decided to go with Wren as they had the kitchen and service we were looking for. We met with Sanjay Singh, Senior Designer at Beckton who was fantastic. We went through the different styles of kitchen and then built the kitchen from there - worktop, sink, cupboard extras, handles, electrical items. Sanjay was very helpful with tips and suggestions which really gave the kitchen a nicer finish. We received a 3d layout of our new kitchen so you really got a feel for what it would look like which is a really nice touch. The delivery guys were excellent. They delivered all the boxes and placed them in the house and a few boxes in the garden (as our kitchen floor was not quite dry). Nothing was too much trouble. Our kitchen is in and it looks beautiful. Sanjay's design was spot on and we love it. I can highly recommend Wren Kitchens and 2 friends have already taken their details. Fantastic service from beginning to end.

Amazing service provided by Kamaldeep Bansal at Beckton's Wren. We first visited Wren in October 2019 just to have a look around because we were renovating. As we were just having a look around we did not want to commit to anything without first looking at other kitchen retailers, so we were pleasantly surprised to hear that we could 'lock in' a price with Wren's current sale (their Black Friday offers were running) but would get a refund on the deposit if we chose not to go ahead.

We did shop around but we were looked after by Kam so well that we had to return to Wren; other retailers couldn't match the service or quality.
We ended up making 3 or 4 visits to Wren, and Kam patiently sat with us for each session, designing and redesigning our kitchen. He helpfully offered his professional advice when my partner and I were at an impasse. He paid attention to detail and ensured that our kitchen layout utilised all the space as best as possible, and was always friendly. Kam was brilliant from our first meeting right through to finalising our order in Jan '20.

We had placed 2 orders as we had a small kitchenette fitted as well. Both orders were delivered in March '20. Obviously with the lockdown then in place, our work was delayed and we did not fit our kitchen until the summer. We had left the kitchen as delivered in its packaging. So in summer when the kitchen was being fitted, we realised there was a missing part. The Wren team at Beckton very helpfully resolved the matter quickly, and arranged for the missing item to be delivered the next day.

We did not get our countertop from Wren as we specifically wanted granite and they did not have a big selection of granite. Also the cabinet handles we sources ourselves. Nor did we get Wren to fit our kitchen as we found the fitting service to be very pricey. Our builder sorted out the fitting for us.

We got all drawers/cabinets from Wren, including the appliances: cooker, 2 ovens, extractor fan, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The design meetings, and measuring appointments, and subsequent calls and delivery by Wren were all very good. We have not had any issue with our kitchens, and would definitely recommend Kam's service at Beckton's Wren to others.

Manager and designers are working very closely with customers. I had very good design ( unique ) and given all the option to choose what i like to (or affordable).Big Thank to the designer Mr Gary Weber .All the best to team and I highly recommend this branch and Designer.

This was the first time I have visited Wren Kitchens as I was intrigued to find out what it had to offer. Seems that there is a huge price range of kitchens to select from and some standard features indicating thought that has gone into design, such as cupboard depth, quality back boards to the units and glass side panels to the draws allowing better visibility of their contents. Look forward to visiting again when I have a project to plan and buy for. Options of flat packed and pre-assembled gives you control over project costs with pre-assembled having the longest guarantee. Left with a catalogue to peruse through at home after narrowing down to a few options. Member of staff who guided me was friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with my designer Mo, he listerned and advised me on my requirements, met budget expectations and was very accommodating making the order over the phone.

The Kitchen units were delivered correctly and on time, they look great! 👌

Kam did a great job designing my kitchen and transforming it especially as it was all done virtually he was very helpful throughout the process and if it was just for him I would give a 5 star rating however unfortunately a lot needs to be improved on their delivery side this I would give a 1 star, two pieces of kitchen were damaged and had to be resent this meant a kitchen which was supposed to be installed in 2 weeks took over 2 months, not ideal when 2 of us working from home in a 1 bed flat with kitchen pieces everywhere and no washing machine sink or oven and hob. Also when I rang up to mention this I was met by quite a rude response that they have many kitchens so can’t be responsible for the way they arrive, which given it’s all part of their value chain they really should be on top of the process. Given some of the other poor comments on here I can also see that it’s not just me who had problems on delivery so I hope wren sort this problem out soon.
